Willamette Dental - Idaho Falls

My daughter completed two years of orthodontic treatment here, and unfortunately the results were very disappointing. The finishing work was poor enough that a new orthodontic practice has since taken her back on as a patient … they were concerned about the quality of care she received. She is now starting treatment over from scratch.I would strongly encourage anyone seeking orthodontic care to look elsewhere in Idaho Falls. *** they never contacted me and I do find it very interesting that other others have had a similar situations that have come to the orthodontic side of the practice. I will say the dental care was fine .. however I do not like how it’s really only one dental cleaning a year

I highly recommend this dental office. All the staff are so wonderful and truly care about what you have to say. From the front desk to dental assistant and hygienist to the dentist, they all treat you with respect. If your lucky to have Sonya and Dr Buehler, then you'll find out why I believe this is a office you should try. Andrea is also so welcoming and warm! Thank you all for your kindness and respect.

Trent Buehler and his staff have been consistently kind and supportive. I feel like I am listened to and my concerns are taken seriously. I appreciate the proactive approach Willamette takes when it comes to dental care.

I took my son to get his braces at this place. After they took off the braces, they put permanent retainers. His teeth shifted soon after that, and they said they wouldn’t fix them. They didn’t even offer a discount!!!!! I took my son somewhere else and his new dentist told us that it should have been Willamette’s responsibility, especially since the permanent retainers did not do anything!!!! I do not recommend this dentist to anyone unless you want to pay twice for the same procedure!!!!!! Do yourselves a favor and find a better dentist!!!!!!!!!

Willamette dental is excellent! The entire staff is so helpful and really helped me feel comfortable despite having dental anxiety. I appreciate how conservative the dentists are and how they focus on preventative care!
