My daughter completed two years of orthodontic treatment here, and unfortunately the results were very disappointing. The finishing work was poor enough that a new orthodontic practice has since taken her back on as a patient … they were concerned about the quality of care she received. She is now starting treatment over from scratch.I would strongly encourage anyone seeking orthodontic care to look elsewhere in Idaho Falls. *** they never contacted me and I do find it very interesting that other others have had a similar situations that have come to the orthodontic side of the practice. I will say the dental care was fine .. however I do not like how it’s really only one dental cleaning a year

Is not willing to help my wife with her Dentures we spent over $800 on, i also heard of another similar story from a co-worker. They also talk about my wife against her back with me. Saying my wife doesn't know what she is talking about. Right now they have not resolved this, nor do I believe they intend to.

Willamette dental is excellent! The entire staff is so helpful and really helped me feel comfortable despite having dental anxiety. I appreciate how conservative the dentists are and how they focus on preventative care!

Dr. Chambers is wonderful, caring and compassionate. I have always had anxiety with going to the dentist and he truly takes the time to ease my fears and concerns. He is very patient and understanding as he takes the time to answer all of my questions and thoroughly explains everything to me. He helps put me to ease and I feel comfortable having complete trust in him. I actually love all of the staff as they are all so extremely friendly and show so much care and concern for their patients. They are a highly professional team and I am so happy with them and the care that I receive at their office.

The dentists here are conservative in their treatment plans and you can tell they see you as a person, not a way to make money. Dr. Chambers was friendly and quick to get my treatment done.
