Foothills Dental

I have been coming here for a while and I have finally decided that today was the last time I was going to accept their neglect. My husband went in took them 4 hours to finish the appointment. They had to call in another dentist to help finish and after all of that he forgot to send one of the prescriptions!!! He had stitches and all, and they forgot to send the pain management prescription!! This is not the first time they have made mistakes. It’s like oh you went in they get paid so they are good and they move on. They could care less about their patients. My husband is in absolute pain and nothing he can do Until the next day!! They messed up on my son’s tooth.It’s like a butter yellow and oh yeah it happens bring him in we will see what we can do. He was put under for that crap are you serious!!!! My daughter’s filling and she is in pain after oh yeah bring her in we will take a look. It’s always something here. Always!!!!!! I could tell like 5 more stories of absolutely terrible experience. They literally do not care about their patients they are there to collect your money!!!! Hopefully they clean the chairs and counters and everything they touch. The student had bloody gloves on and he is touching everything!!! Literally everything!! The chairs the keyboard the mouse all the tools EVERYTHING!!!! Do not go here!!

Dr Tyson is a god sent, I had a bad filling done at west wind dental in rigby and they refused to do anything about it and it caused me to have a fear of the dentist but dr Tyson was very patient and he does fillings so quickly 10 out of 10 services and amazing hygienist too!

Foothills Dental is top notch! James is my dentist and knows his stuff. Has great recommendations. The technology they use here surpasses many here in Idaho Falls. 10/10 recommend to everyone.

I haven’t been to the dentist for 6 years (life was crazy). I finally decided it was very much long overdue and I had a great feeling about this place. Everyone is so wonderfully nice and kind here. I’ve received such great care my first visit there. I will be returning!! Thank you all!

I phoned on Monday that I needed an appointment and was given appointment next day. I met with Dr. Richey and his staff, was given a few options, I choose to get a crown and the work they put in was pain free and some of the best dental work I have ever received. Dr. Richey and his staff are top notch! Highly recommend!!!!!!
