Elison & Wood Orthodontics

Dr. Elison & Dr. Wood are amazing as orthodontists and in the dental community. I appreciate them offering hygienist an annual continuing education conference and sharing their wealth of knowledge. Their staff are wonderful and the doctors are some of the kindest people. I appreciate their conservative approach, willing to wait and let children grow to minimize root resorption, whereas other offices have had a faster, expedited treatment plan. My daughter says her favorite thing about the office is their soft serve ice cream machine for after each appointment.

We love Ellison and Wood! Both of my children and my husband have braces now. They are so happy to see us, strive to get us in immediately if there are any issues, and have made the “brace face” a positive experience for the family.

We went to a few different places in town for consults. I let my son choose and he chose Elison & Wood. He liked Dr. Wood’s suggestion to wait until all his back molars were fully in to decrease the length of treatment time. I have been very impressed with the office thus far. They’ve been friendly and helpful. I like that Dr. Wood is conservative. I never felt pressured to start treatment right away. It was a year between our first consult and getting braces on (it took that long for the molars to come in.) they honored the original pricing and I didn’t feel rushed to make a decision. This is our first kid with braces so I appreciated the time and space to decide what we would like to do. I definitely recommend this office!

My son loves coming here! Everyone is always so kind and helpful and we love that someone is always available for emergencies after hours. The ice cream machine is a huge plus!
