As someone in my forties who has avoided dentists and orthodontists my entire life, deciding to finally fix my teeth was a huge step. I was incredibly fortunate to find Hillam Orthodontics in Idaho Falls, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. From the very beginning, they were fantastic. Dr(s). Hillam and the team were great at formulating a clear, patient-focused plan for my complex case. The entire process took nearly three years, and they were consistently patient and reassuring every step of the way. What truly stands out is how seamlessly they worked with my dentist as a single, coordinated team. It made me feel like everyone was on the same page and genuinely invested in my care. Beyond their professional expertise, the people at Hillam Orthodontics are truly good people who care about their patients. Everyone in the office is caring and accommodating, whether I needed to change a schedule or had an immediate concern. They are a fantastic team and I am so grateful for their support. The results speak for themselves. My teeth are now perfectly fixed, and the before and after photos are truly amazing. For anyone, especially an adult like me who has hesitated to seek care, I highly recommend Hillam Orthodontics.

EDIT: My second daughter just got her braces off and we’re just as satisfied with her treatment! Thanks again! My daughter had her orthodontics done here and they were awesome! Always friendly and personable. All the staff is wonderful! They’re easy to get an appointment with. They’re accommodating as far as multiple kids appointments at the same time since we live out of town. My daughter’s teeth turned out beautifully and we’re getting all of our kids orthodontics done here because of how awesome our experience has been with the Hillams . Would HIGHLY recommend!

This place is amazing. Great staff great drs. I had no hesitation having my daughter get her braces here. They were professional and also great at explaining everything along the way. All the drs really care about their patients physical, personal and financial needs, they won’t talk you into something unnecessary and they are in no way pushy at all. I never left with questions and neither did my daughter through all her appointments. My daughter’s smile is beautiful, and I trust them to straighten any of my kids smiles! I came into Hillam Orthodontics with terrible crowding upper and lower, as a middle aged man I was a bit nervous to seek help for correction, but after months of hard work and guidance from the Hillam Family I now have a great smile. The process was hard but the end result has granted me more self confidence and dignity. The atmosphere at Hillam Orthodontics is very calm and inviting Thank You To the Amazing Staff and Receptionist's. they even have pretty good muzak! If you ask nicely Rodney will take requests, I got to hear some Man on the corner by Genesis. I Can Even Whistle Now! Sincerely Thank you!
