⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had such a great experience with this orthodontist office! From the very beginning, the entire team made the process smooth, stress-free, and actually enjoyable. The staff is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to answer questions or explain things clearly. One thing that really stood out to me was their payment options—they are flexible and truly work with you to make treatment affordable, which made a huge difference. It never felt overwhelming or confusing. The level of service here is top-notch. Appointments are efficient, the office is clean and well-run, and you can tell the team genuinely cares about their patients. Everyone—from the front desk to the orthodontist—goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. Highly recommend this office to anyone looking for quality care, amazing staff, and a smooth overall experience!

They were the only one willing to try with my oldest. They gave her back her smile and she shows it all the time now. Brought the next three kids here and still have not been disappointed in the car for my children.

We’ve been coming since 1992. Our children and now our grand children also come. We love making the track over from Jackson because everyone is so kind and helpful. Especially Karla, over the years we have appreciated her support and love. A very friendly and welcoming place. Love our teeth!

Great, and Honest Orthodontist& staff. They have replaced my adult wire retainer for free a couple times and have been honest and not pushy with our youngest son and his time of treatment needs which has been very nice as we have an older brother undergoing a much more complicated case. Dr. Higham is very patient and knowledgeable! Highly recommend!!Carla is Awesome as Well!!!

Dr. Higham has put braces on four of my kids so far, and they definitely haven’t been the easiest patients—but he has handled every situation with incredible skill and care. My older son had a molar that was fused to his jawbone and required oral surgery to remove it. After everything he went through, Dr. Higham gave him an amazing smile. My older daughter had a canine tooth growing horizontally in the roof of her mouth and also needed surgery. They attached a chain to the tooth and slowly pulled it down, and when it finally came into place, it turned out to be backwards. Dr. Higham was still able to correct it and get it perfectly aligned, which was incredible to see. We’re hoping my younger son will have a more “normal” braces experience with just one phase, but no matter what comes, we know he’s in the best hands. My other daughter just got her braces off today after her first phase, and we’ll finish everything up once all her adult teeth come in. Even my youngest, who is only 7, constantly asks when it will be her turn for braces—that says a lot about how positive the experience has been for our family! East Idaho Orthodontics provides such a welcoming and supportive environment. The assistants are always kind, patient, and encouraging, and the front desk staff is amazing to work with. Dr. Higham is truly a perfectionist, and it shows in his work. He takes the time to do things right and make sure each smile turns out beautifully. If you’re trying to decide on an orthodontist, I can’t recommend Dr. Higham and his team enough. We are so grateful for the care they’ve given our family.
