Dr. D is very funny, as well as the staff. I've been having really good experiences and the results are turning out great. I also like that I receive calls prior to my appointment as a reminder. Overall, everyone is awesome!

2 of my children are under Dr D's care for the past 2 years. He's very meticulous with their care and his assistants are friendly and accommodating. His office manager, Desiree is meticiculous and her effervescent smile, positive attitude is the perfect piece of the puzzle that makes the whole operation complete.

First reason: This was years ago when I was in highschool. Day of removing my braces my teeth came out straight, but it did not come out aligned. I didn’t realize what was happening back then but the more I think about, the more it bothers me and I’m finally writing a review. When I got my braces removed, they were checking my teeth out, it was a young lady that was looking at it. She called over DR. Damerell and he checked out my teeth for what I thought was the final check. The doctor kept pushing my lower jaw into alignment with my upper jaw with his pinky. You would assume with the amount of pressure he was forcing my jaw that, that was the position he wanted me to put my teeth in. So I did. This would cause my jaw to be misaligned when I aligned my teeth perfectly together. At this time, I didn’t realize that it meant my teeth would not be aligned as all I thought about was that “my braces were finally off!” Time passes and I realize that my bite is not aligned. And I think about how much my mom paid for my braces (~$8500.) it makes it sad that I came out with an imperfect bite but there’s nothing I can do anymore as this was years ago. Another reason: When I got my set of retainers, I was told that if I lost or broke them, I would get a second pair for free. I called and they said because it had been over my two year contract with them that I no longer get them for free. That sucks, but okay, I should have read the fine print. I didn’t end up getting a new retainer. I’ve called here a few times over the past years asking question about retainers because I finally am willing to pay for them but the ladies that answered the calls are always in a bad mood and not nice… I would not recommend this place.

My experience with this dentistry was great. They made me feel as if I was at home. They were friendly, gentle, and productive. Appointments were quick and worked well with my schedule. The results were great! My friends and family were shocked when they saw my nice teeth.

I had a great and fun experience at Maui smile works. They put my braces on quick and painless and took them off the same to. I am very satisfied with my perfectly straight teeth and I would recommend going to Maui smile works if you want nice and beautiful teeth at a low cost.
