I had part of my braces wire come loose while I was on vacation, and it was painfully poking into the inside of my cheek. I came to Hook Orthodontics for help, and I'm so glad I did! River was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful. My wire was fixed and comfortable again. I really appreciated the excellent care, especially while I was away from home. I highly recommend Hook Orthodontics!

Felt scammed. THIS PLACE ONLY FOR BRACES AND INVISALIGN. First time going to a dentist in years because I needed emergency work done. I had called around explaining my situation and landed on this place because they were the only dentist with same day appointment. I went in hope to get a referral for wisdom teeth extraction. Despite my situation they took me in sat me down, took 2 X-rays of me. And then told me they can’t write the referral as they are not general dentists. Then they walk me next door and they couldn’t even open the X-rays that were sent so I had to take 2 more I should’ve done my research. Regardless, really friendly staff. I wish they were upfront and didn’t sit me down when I had told them my situation. I did not need braces or was informed they couldn’t do what I needed and be upfront about it. Felt scammed

We were on vacation and forgot our Invisalign rubber bands. The staff helped us find some replacements and were super generous and helpful. They examined my daughter’s rubber bands (from her mouth!) and gave us some replacements for the week. Thank you so much!

I had a great experience at my recent ortho visit. The staff was friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable from check-in to check-out. The provider took time to explain everything clearly and answered all my questions without rushing. I truly felt listened to and well cared for. Highly recommend this office.

Staff was friendly. The dentist seemed slightly hurried. Overall, pretty good experience. They made my son feel comfortable which was the most important detail to me.
