I had a great experience at my recent ortho visit. The staff was friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable from check-in to check-out. The provider took time to explain everything clearly and answered all my questions without rushing. I truly felt listened to and well cared for. Highly recommend this office.

As an adult with braces, I was a little nervous starting orthodontic treatment, but this office has been amazing. The staff is friendly, professional, and always makes me feel comfortable. They take the time to explain everything and are very flexible with scheduling. My experience has been smooth so far, and I’m already happy with my progress. I highly recommend this orthodontic office to anyone, especially adults considering braces.

I’m giving three stars for the work completed but my comment will be how we got the work completed!!! Prior to placing the braces on my granddaughter had a metal plate placed in her mouth!!! We went back into the office three weeks later to check on the position and we saw that two of her teeth needed to be removed!!! My granddaughter doesn’t like pain but who does?!? I said take them out and she said no, the doctor and the assistants looked me as if I was abusive to my granddaughter I said take them out again, my daughter saw the looks and said just let it be!!! They go back to the office two weeks later only to see the plate was stuck on the teeth that needed to come out!!! This cause more pain to my granddaughter but she had no choice!!! My daughter apologized to me but I’m wanting an apology from the office!!! My granddaughter is 11, years old she has right but as the adult it’s best to guide and protect the child!!! This wasn’t done in this case!!! We walk in and they don’t say hello, just ask for your name and payment!!! The work was completed but how it got completed needs to be evaluated thoroughly!!! We have no choice but to go back but I will be watching this process a lot more closely!!!

The team here is exceptional. We compared the cost here to a couple other places on island and this was by far the most affordable. I appreciate that value doesn’t compromise the quality of care/treatment.
