I’ve had chronic, debilitating facial pain for almost a year and have been treated by six different specialists before coming to Smith Dental Specialties. Dr. Jackson spent an entire morning listening to my concerns and answering my questions. He actually reviewed my patient forms and history, asking clarifying questions about my previous treatments to ensure that he understood. He used this information to come up with a comprehensive treatment plan for me. Since moving to Savannah two years ago, I’ve struggled to find good health care. I have several health issues that require the care of multiple specialists. Dr. Jackson and Dr. Smith are, by far, the best medical group I’ve worked with here in Savannah. They listen to their patients. They are kind and compassionate. They are relatable and easy to talk to. Their staff is equally as responsive and caring. I’m so appreciative of the care they have provided for me!

Dr. Smith and his team are extremely knowledgeable and caring for their patients. We are very thankful for their expertise and diligence in both performing our daughter’s second release for lip and tongue ties and also adult orthodontics for myself. I have feared more ties with future babies after a bad experience with another pediatric dentist, but after our experience with Dr. Smith, I have confidence he’ll take care of any issues we may have. Their kindness and friendliness, especially to my wiggly littles, are exceptional. I can’t praise them enough and highly recommend them!

I have came to understand there is nobody in davannah that can help with jaw displacement and jaw not closing becuz bite off. paid $1200 for splint and 5in piece of plastic but no help when I followed all guidelines.

Dr. Smith and his team( especially Mary and Tan) are phenomenal. Their professionalism and skill are second to none. I took my son here for a tongue tie release. Smith Dental Specialties made this procedure and recovery period as stress free as possible. I would not hesitate to bring my other children here for treatment.

Dr. Smith and his team were exceptional. Our daughter was unable to breastfeed and needed a tongue and lip tie revision. We wanted to approach this procedure as holistically as possible and after discovering Dr. Smith online and speaking with Tan, we were convinced they were the best team to entrust with our daughter. We drove four hours to see him. Our daughter healed beautifully, and while it took longer than expected/desired for her to nurse again, she had the function necessary to set her up for success. Dr. Smith and his team were kind and generous. It was apparent from the moment we walked in that they genuinely care for their patients. These procedures are never fun to experience as a mom, but if it's necessary, I highly recommend this practice! 100% worth the drive. Thank you!
