So I have 17 years of Dental background. I was a dental assistant in California with extensive dental knowledge and schooling. I thought that this dentist was going to be honest and professional about her work. But recently my son went to have a cleaning and was then told he had a three service cavity and a one service cavity on another tooth. I was very skeptical about her results to this matter. So I asked for a copy of my son's xrays and was handed a scanned picture of these cavities. When I reviewed the paperwork I couldn't see anything that indicated cavities . In fact the scanned document was not readable. So I sent my son to another dentist in Savannah to get a second opinion. And guess what ? The new xray that was visible to a naked eye resulted that he DID NOT in fact have cavities in fact they were signs of stains. So im warning prior and new patients that this office is trying to milk your insurance and your pockets. Im disgusted and very upset as too how a professional Dentist could lie to a patient or misdiagnosed something that could fracture healthy teeth. In fact damage the nerve if they did the procedure incorrectly when not needed because this was all made up from the beginning. Because if they diagnose incorrectly then thier work would be incompetent. The worst part is they thought they could fool me knowing I had extensive knowledge in dentistry. Please if you feel like this office is pushing any sale tactics on you walk away and get a second opnion. I really hope this Dentist and her staff sleep at night knowing they are scamming thier patients. Sincerely an ex Dental assistant graduated from one of the top dental assistant private schools in California. And they dont deserve even a one star. Or thier free gifts they give you to bribe you when you first come in . Its not only about good customer service its all about trusting your dentist and she failed that !!!

DO NOT GO GET DENTAL WORK HERE!!! Dr. Sweeney caused major damage to my teeth. Several of the cavities she filled were not done properly, causing deeper infections, root canals, and the loss of 2 of my teeth she worked on. DO NOT GO HERE! Not only did she ruin my teeth, my grandmother, grandfather and aunt Sharon who used to be patients have all lost teeth, or had to have major reconstruction done due to HER NEGLIGENCE AND INCOMPETENCE! Please do not get your dental work done here.

Everyone is super friendly, fun, and professional. Amazing cleaning, extremely thorough, but able to fall asleep at the same time.

I hate to admit I neglected the word dentist for many years, and I am now paying the price. But finding Dr. Sweeney's office has made it (almost) a pleasure to go to the dentist. The people that work here are all so kind and fun. They actually remember you when you come in. Melissa Smith (lead dental asst) is a star, she explains what she is doing which helps me relax in the chair. She is a riot to talk to as well, when you don't have something in your mouth. Ha! Seriously, I recommend this practice. Plus they have water in cardboard boxes instead of plastic. And they gave me a gift for my birthday. State of the art equipment, comfortable office.

Dr. Sweeney is the best! Very detail oriented, efficient, and professional. She's also very gentle and in tune with making any procedures as comfortable as possible.
