Maginnis Orthodontics - Savannah

First of all everyone at the Savannah office is super friendly. I also can’t believe how many payment plan options there are and I love the information they have given me so I can get the smile express that no other orthodontist told me about. Thank yall! I am excited to get my teeth lined up.

My appointment was scheduled at 10am & they had a lobby full and still saw me at my scheduled time . While I was sitting doing my consult I noticed they had 73 ppl scheduled for the day plus the ones they had already seen .. I say that to say if you have an ortho seeing that many patients in one day .. they must be doing something right . The visit was pleasant, comfortable and AFFORDABLE. Ms Theresa did an amazing job and made me love my smile . I’m not going to tell yall my favorite part was picking out my color for my braces I’m (29) btw lol . But I really loved everything about this place and HIGHLY RECOMMEND everyone in the Savannah area or pooler area to see them . 🥰

The office was super crowded and noisy, with not enough seating for the number of patients. We ended up waiting longer than expected to see the Orthodontist about my son's treatment plan. On the bright side, the front desk staff and financial consultant were really friendly. However, I felt like some options, like whitening and retainer packages, weren't clearly presented as add-ons. I think it's essential to discuss these upfront so customers can make informed decisions about what's best for their needs. Unfortunately, the hygienist who did my son's initial install wasn't very pleasant, and my son didn't get a consultation on brace care or receive an orthodontic starter kit. After realizing this post leaving the office, we immediately returned to notify and my son received a starter kit and a brief overview at the sign-in window. Not the best experience overall.

From the very first time I walked in the front desk the doctor and the whole staff has been amazing I have never left unset or unsatisfied I loved my braces and the outcome of my smile 😃

Everyone was very welcoming and helpful. The process went so smoothly and I was able to get my top braces on the same day. So happy to be starting treatment with them! 10/10
