Started off great when my son initially got braces. Now with the retainers and trying to connect with the office, I barely can get someone on the phone. I know I’ve had to call multiple times, leave voicemails and no one returns the calls. Text comes through and no one responds. Recently during “business” hours the doors were locked. Paid for a replacement retainer(cash only) no debit card per their “policy” and was not furnished receipt at time of cash exchange, said it will be emailed when office manager returns. Staff needs better training on customer interaction. It’s literally a hit or miss dealing with them.

I am the parent of a patient at this orthodontic office and have been disappointed by the lack of communication and organization. Appointment reminders stopped without notice, which led to missed appointments. When this happens, the office reschedules a full month out, delaying treatment. Phone calls often go unanswered, and receipts or billing records are not provided unless requested. Overall, a very inconvenient experience.

This is the most unprofessional place I have ever dealt with. We are a military family, and I had three years of orthodontic treatment back in Virginia. I called this office for a simple, official check on my retainer, but they refused and instead suggested that I redo braces entirely. When I declined, the office manager hung up on me. I will not be returning to this office, regardless of how they choose to respond. You lost two potential patients which were my kids by the way

The staff was friendly and welcoming! They made my kids feel comfortable and they talked me and them through the entire process.
