I’ve been coming here for about 3 years, starting with my braces treatment, and I’ve always had a great experience. The staff is consistently friendly, organized, and helpful at every visit. Throughout my braces journey, they kept me informed and made the whole process smooth and comfortable. Even after getting my braces removed and switching to retainers, they’ve continued to provide excellent service. Whenever I needed a replacement due to loss or wear, the process was always quick and easy. They’re very responsive, informative, and make sure you understand everything. I definitely recommend them if you’re looking for a reliable and supportive dental team!

Very Great Experience at Smile Envy. Chelsie was great and made me feel very comfortable throughout. Dr. Cao was completely transparent and did not attempt to sell me any unneeded treatment. When it comes to dentures, they do horrible work. The plates had to be redone numerous times. And the last product, still unsatisfactory. Decided to just deal with it and not go back. The overall process went into a two year timeframe. Never really received statements from them showing insurance company filings. The bill was never settled, resulting in an overpayment- no refund though. Even had a face to face chat with Dr. Loefters to express disappointment, accompanied by numerous written communication. Was assured change, but nothing. I would never refer this practice.
