I wanted to share how wonderful my experience was with Chelsea today. This was my first time having Chelsea as my dental hygienist, and she was absolutely amazing. She was incredibly thorough, gentle, and professional throughout the entire cleaning. I really appreciated how carefully and methodically she worked while making sure I was comfortable the whole time. Honestly, it was probably the best dental cleaning I've ever had. It was an excellent experience, and I wanted to make sure she received the recognition she deserves. Please let Chelsea know how much I appreciated her outstanding care.

Very Great Experience at Smile Envy. Chelsie was great and made me feel very comfortable throughout. Dr. Cao was completely transparent and did not attempt to sell me any unneeded treatment. Receptionist were also polite, welcoming, and greeted with nothing but smiles!! As a new Atlanta resident, I found my forever dentist ❤️

My experience with Smile Envy Dental & Orthodontics has been disappointing overall. I originally received braces through them, and while the results were okay, they were good enough that I decided to move forward with dental implants at the same practice. Unfortunately, I was not happy with the outcome of the implants. In my opinion, the teeth look artificial, and the final result did not meet my expectations. After completing the implant work, I needed new retainers to maintain my orthodontic results. I ordered them, but for the past three weeks I’ve been calling repeatedly just to get a status update. I’ve explained that my teeth are already starting to shift and spaces are reopening, but each time I’m told the person answering the phone doesn’t have access to that information and that one of the doctors will contact me. No one ever has. I’ve also used their AI messaging system several times, and it continues to say my concern has been escalated, yet I’ve received no follow-up. Delays can happen, but a complete lack of communication is unacceptable… especially when patients are concerned about their dental treatment and time-sensitive issues like teeth shifting. The poor communication and lack of follow-through have left me feeling ignored. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this practice.

I’ve been coming here for about 3 years, starting with my braces treatment, and I’ve always had a great experience. The staff is consistently friendly, organized, and helpful at every visit. Throughout my braces journey, they kept me informed and made the whole process smooth and comfortable. Even after getting my braces removed and switching to retainers, they’ve continued to provide excellent service. Whenever I needed a replacement due to loss or wear, the process was always quick and easy. They’re very responsive, informative, and make sure you understand everything. I definitely recommend them if you’re looking for a reliable and supportive dental team!

Absolutely love this place! Very thorough and explain everything! All of the staff are so nice and respectful, I think it’s safe to say that Smile Envy will most definitely be my new dentist!
