West Paces Ferry Orthodontics

I have been visiting the West Paces Ferry Orthodontics office for years now, and although I am not a patient myself, I feel compelled to leave a review. Every time I visit, the office is spotlessly clean and the atmosphere is always friendly and calm. The staff, from the front desk to the assistants, are incredibly professional, organized, and welcoming. They are consistently efficient, which means short wait times. It speaks volumes about a business when the waiting area experience is consistently excellent over many years. If you are looking for a practice that is run with the highest level of care and professionalism, this is it. Highly recommended!

The communication here is really lacking. I’ve spoken up about it, but nothing changes, and it makes me dread my appointments. I love Dr. Yurfest, and Dr. Huber is great too, but the assistant who usually works with Dr. Huber keeps pushing to take my braces off early especially when my teeth were still needing adjustments, even though Dr. Huber has never told me that directly. This is my second time with braces, and I’ve never felt so out of place at an orthodontist. The only time I felt truly heard was with an assistant working with Dr. Yurfest. I just wish the environment overall felt more welcoming and the communication more consistent. Updating my review after finishing my braces treatment. I paid about $6,000 for braces, but I was never told permanent retainers were not included. After getting my braces removed, a gap on my bottom teeth keeps reopening even though I wear my retainers as instructed. I was told I now need a bottom permanent retainer that costs over $700. I understand there can be additional costs, but this should have been clearly explained before starting treatment. Now I may have to find another orthodontist to fix the issue.

Staff is incredible. Patient focused. Always willing to spend time to make sure you understand procedures.

WPFO staff clearly has the Invisalign process down to a science. I have complete confidence in their group, they have provided me with outstanding service.

I was a patient over 10 years ago. Life was "LIFE-ING" and I did not remain compliant with my treatment. I went into see Dr. Huber yesterday and was met with the same positive, non judgemental energy from Renee to Dr. Huber and everyone else I came in contact with at the office! My current general DDS also does invisalign treatment but I opted to go back to Dr. Huber and I am so glad I did. I look forward to getting back my smile!
