From the beginning, the office environment was unacceptable. The building had no heat and it was freezing cold inside. This is not appropriate for patients or staff, especially during a scheduled medical appointment. In addition, the appointment was very disorganized. The patient coordinator was unprepared and scattered, which immediately raised concerns about the quality of care being provided. After my daughter’s orthodontic appointment, she was left with four missing brackets, and the assistant told her he “wasn’t going to keep trying again.” This left her mouth looking incomplete and unprofessional. I spoke directly with the manager, and instead of correcting the issue or ensuring my daughter received proper care, the manager agreed with the assistant’s decision. Now, my daughter is expected to walk around for the next two weeks looking “a mess” until the brackets can be removed and my deposit refunded.This is unacceptable. My daughter should not be placed in an embarrassing situation due to poor treatment, incomplete bracket placement, and refusal to complete the procedure. As someone familiar with this field, I know bracket bonding issues at the start of treatment are often related to technique and proper placement, not simply blaming the patient.

During my service contract period, the business changed doctors and owners, and I had to inquire to find out about it. Despite this, every member of the current staff, from the front desk to the back office, is courteous and efficient. My appointments were scheduled promptly and kept without delay, with minimal wait times for each visit. The manager, Noah, is incredibly dedicated and handles tasks of all sizes. He has gone above and beyond to assist me with an issue. I've seen him manage customers, service braces, mop floors, and disinfect sinks and cabinets. I called the office four months later to assist me with an FSA issue, and Noah was exceptionally helpful once again.

Everyone here was amazing !!! Great personality, great customer service. Ashley was outstanding !! She knew exactly what she was doing and she was very thorough. Dr. Carlo is great ! I’m glad I was recommended here

Xavier did a great good re tightening my braces today he made me feel comfortable with no issues.

Ms. Lisa is always polite and the team are amazing! Everyone is so friendly and professional, and they made the whole process easy. I’m so happy with my new smile and highly recommend them!
