My daughter has been dealing with this company for 2 years and while some communication in the beginning was off it eventually got better. Today was our 1st time at this office and let's just say it wasn't a good experience. The lack of communication angers me as we were up bright and early on Saturday morning for an appointment. We been paying monthly with auto-drafted payments and today I was told no I had to pay upfront for the rest of my services. No explanation, no missed payments just this is what you owe. I've called 3 different days this week to get in for an emergency appointment and was only met with the answer service and then telling me they would get back with me. Well that never happened and here we are...... The unprofessionalism with the front office team baffles me. 🙄🙄🙄🙄

The service was fine, however the front desk did not know how to use insurance. Also, it took me over two months to receive information to submit a claim for my visit, as they do not respond to emails and sometimes answer phone calls. However, when able to reach by phone, either the message is sent and the doctor ignores the message, or the message is never passed on to the doctor. Again, I thought the doctor did a fine job as well as the technician.

I have nothing but good things to say about Dr. Eatmon and his staff. From the moment I walked in, they treated me with kindness, friendliness and professionalism. They also helped me bill my insurance to make my payments lower. You should definitely give them a try. Thank you Alliance!

I thoroughly enjoyed my time as a patient of Dr. Eatmon and his staff. They are very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. They know me by face and name and answered all of my questions about my treatment. I’m very pleased with my results. I’ll be bringing my wife and son next time!

The lady that answered the phone today at 4:45 hung up on me because she didn’t like my concerned tone. She was combative and RUDE.! They adding fees on to my account with out telling me. If I call to ask why my bill is $100 over it’s bill I shouldn’t be faced with an attitude! She hung up and sent me to voicemail after. I’m paying 5000 dollars on braces to be faced with an incompetent girl with no customer service skills! DO NOT TAKE YOU KIDS here. They don’t ever answer the phone when you need to reschedule and then add $50 onto the account. I leave messages with the answering service and they still don’t call back. I AM THE CUSTOMER! This is unacceptable!!
