Throughout my year long process of having a tooth extracted and the preparation of 2 implants, it has been such a phenomenal experience. After each step, I experienced zero to small amount of pain. Lack of pain is not because of meds, it has everything to do with Dr. Ortiz’s expertise and the care he has for every patient. The staff is knowledgeable in their craft and exceptionally friendly. Dr. Ortiz took time with me to answer any and all questions I had. I did not feel like another number. If you are on the fence about having a tooth pulled and replacing it with an implant, at least give this office a look see. You won’t be disappointed. The money I spent is totally worth it.

Dr. Ricardo Ortiz is an incredibly talented and knowledgeable oral surgeon. From the moment I called to schedule my son's consultation, the process was fast, efficient, and stress-free. The office staff is welcoming, professional, and creates a friendly atmosphere that instantly puts you at ease. Scheduling the surgery was quick, and on the day of, everything was handled seamlessly, and it was in and out in about 30 minutes. The procedure itself went smoothly, and my son's recovery was much easier than expected. The vibe of the office is excellent, and you can tell the whole team truly cares about their patients. Listen, if there is one thing I can say about this establishment as a whole, they care about you. They have a positive attitude and knowledge beyond any dentist/oral surgeon ive ever dealt with. Im looking into getting health insurance to lighten my expenses as it can be pricey (Anywhere in town). After having my wisdom teeth pulled I was surprised to recieve a call from the surgeon himself to check up on me, give reccomendations and directions on treatment. And leave me with a lighthearted joke. It seems that evwn this small detail makes a worlds difference on my comfort levels. I dont think people like this come around all too often and I wouldn't miss an opportunity to meet Dr. Ricardo Ortiz. Thank you soo much for helping me make a life saving decision today.
