Coolidge Court Dental Care

Im new to the area I came in for a cleaning few months ago and was back on 8/10 for my fillings. I must say it’s always a pleasure. The ladies at the front desk are really nice and friendly. SPECIAL s/o to Dr. Sabery (AWESOME!) & her assistants Jamie and Tyasia thank you ladies for LITERALLY being a helping hand lol they were so kind & patient with me. 10/10 would recommend

EDIT: They replied asking me to call and still ignore the calls! Shocker. Overall, my experience has left me with... a bad taste in my mouth. Before I came here I knew I had a recent visit with a previous dentist. I sent those x-rays over and confirmed over the phone they looked great and would not need to take more. The hygenist took additional x-rays anyway and honestly I was just trying to be polite and I was very confused, so when I saw the heavy apron being taken out, I asked if I would be charged for them. She didn't know and didn't ask anyone, so I was disappointed to see the charge. Was I supposed to stand up, make a scene, and refuse the service??? When I brought this up with the front desk I was brushed off. I wouldn't normally write a review about this because it was $30. Disappointing, but not the end of the world. I wish the staff expressed real care and recognized that I tried to do my due diligence, but they did not. They are welcome to call me to fix this-- I guarantee I am the only person who has attempted MANY times to get in contact with office ! In person, over the phone, and email I have had no contact with management despite my repeated attempts. In addition, the staff has absolutely deplorable customer service over the phone. I called to ask for a simple prescription for 1.1% fluoride toothpaste. Long story short, I have had to call and show up in person before the prescription was written. It took weeks! If I were them I would have offered two free tubes of the toothpaste to make things right! They made so many mistakes and I understand that. I don't understand treating paying patients like they are not a priority, like it is bothersome to provide assistance. I have been perfectly calm and polite during all interactions with staff. Treat your people better!

I've always been terrified by dentists, based on horrifying dental procedures performed in my childhood.. but I'm so glad I found Coolidge Count Dental, and especially Dr Barbosa. A little over a year ago he put crowns on two of my teeth, and they continue to serve me well. Yesterday I had 4 teeth extracted by Dr Barbosa and despite my own anxiety and trepidation, the procedure was painless and quick.

The office Staff was really professional the office is Nice and clean the Dr. was concerned about my teeth and explained all details very liking to my understanding made me feel comfortable on my 1st visit and also shared to me that they're gonna take care of me so the Coolidge Court Dental Care will be permanent for me !!
