Coolidge Court Dental Care

I had a great experience during my dental cleaning yesterday. The dental hygienist was friendly, professional, and very personable, which made the entire visit comfortable and stress-free. The front desk staff was equally friendly and professional. From check-in to check-out, everything was smooth and efficient. It’s always refreshing to walk into an office where everyone is kind, organized, and genuinely pleasant to interact with. I would definitely recommend this dental office to anyone who is looking for great dental care with excellent customer service!

First visit went better than I expected. I've had anxiety towards any dentist for as long as I can remember, but my hygienist Hady was superb. I wish he was there permanently. Front desk was friendly and beyond helpful. I have my treatment plan and am excited to be on the road to healthier teeth. This might be the dentist office that actually sticks long term!

Everyone was friendly, professional and courteous. Easy check-in, very short wait times both to get to an examining room and to see the hygienist and dentist. Every step of the cleaning was thoroughly explained as were the dentist's findings and the next steps forward. Easy to get an appointment. I highly recommend Coolidge Court Dental Care!!

Note: my legal first name is different than the one I use here. This review is indeed for Coolidge Court. I have had both positive and negative experiences at Coolidge Court. For cleanings, they're great. I had an extraction that became infected at one point and had a really hard time communicating with the office, which was a huge issue and resulted in more pain than necessary. But I really like Dr. Barbosa- he's very nice and I think he does good work. Today I came in for crown prep and a temporary crown, and I was really surprised at the assistant's lack of basic PPE (personal protective equipment) and how long it took to fit me for the temporary crown. My primary issue is that the assistant was not wearing a mask or gown for most of the time in which she was working in very close proximity to my open mouth. I am immunocompromised, but even if I weren't, my this would be a huge issue. At the time I didn't feel comfortable asking her to wear a mask, because I didn't know if it was required, but after checking I am now sure that this was a violation of federal and state PPE requirements. No gown. No mask. She also dropped the temporary crown twice (though she sanitized it and changed gloves afterwards, to her credit). Once the crown was placed it needed more shaping, and she did this without water, so the dust coated my throat and mouth, and I was breathing it in. I almost threw up. I didn't realize why this was happening until the dentist took over and used water to manage the dust, and I realized that she hadn't used water. In all fairness, the assistant could tell I was uncomfortable and did seem concerned, asking me several times if I was alright. I don't necessarily fault her but I do fault whoever is not upholding PPE requirements and training for assistants. I have to return to Coolidge for my permanent crown and I hope that goes well. But after that, I will be changing dentists. But, like I said- the hygienists are great!

This dentist like you to get extra services that your insurance does not cover. They told me that I didn't owe anything but sent be a bill for $278. I didn't pay it because they lied. Then they sent me to a credit service. I had to pay them to keep it off of my credit. They are scammers. They commit insurance fraud. I should of read the reviews. They tell everybody they need a deep clean. Also the cleaning did not last for more than 20 minutes ?
