Coolidge Court Dental Care

Im new to the area I came in for a cleaning few months ago and was back on 8/10 for my fillings. I must say it’s always a pleasure. The ladies at the front desk are really nice and friendly. SPECIAL s/o to Dr. Sabery (AWESOME!) & her assistants Jamie and Tyasia thank you ladies for LITERALLY being a helping hand lol they were so kind & patient with me. 10/10 would recommend

First, I am that anxiety filled patient who hasn't seen a dentist in 10+yrs. I cannot recommend this practice enough. They are the most professional, KNOWLEDGEABLE and unbelievably pleasant team i have ever had the pleasure of worrying with. From the moment I walked in I have NEVER been made to feel so entirely at ease. From reception, to hygienist, to Doctor thru surgery. They use headsets to communicate and the sheer knowledge & unbelievably amount of technology between EVERYONE in that office was BEYOND impressive I was a new patient they fit in the SAME DAY. I went in for xrays/ cleaning and left with an entire treatment plan AND they were able to remove and place a temporary 1st visit. 53yo, 30yr old crowns. I had an "unpleasant" couple of hours and the next day I'm only taking ibuprofen. HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND

EDIT: They replied asking me to call and still ignore the calls! Shocker. Overall, my experience has left me with... a bad taste in my mouth. Before I came here I knew I had a recent visit with a previous dentist. I sent those x-rays over and confirmed over the phone they looked great and would not need to take more. The hygenist took additional x-rays anyway and honestly I was just trying to be polite and I was very confused, so when I saw the heavy apron being taken out, I asked if I would be charged for them. She didn't know and didn't ask anyone, so I was disappointed to see the charge. Was I supposed to stand up, make a scene, and refuse the service??? When I brought this up with the front desk I was brushed off. I wouldn't normally write a review about this because it was $30. Disappointing, but not the end of the world. I wish the staff expressed real care and recognized that I tried to do my due diligence, but they did not. They are welcome to call me to fix this-- I guarantee I am the only person who has attempted MANY times to get in contact with office ! In person, over the phone, and email I have had no contact with management despite my repeated attempts. In addition, the staff has absolutely deplorable customer service over the phone. I called to ask for a simple prescription for 1.1% fluoride toothpaste. Long story short, I have had to call and show up in person before the prescription was written. It took weeks! If I were them I would have offered two free tubes of the toothpaste to make things right! They made so many mistakes and I understand that. I don't understand treating paying patients like they are not a priority, like it is bothersome to provide assistance. I have been perfectly calm and polite during all interactions with staff. Treat your people better!

Brooklyn is an amazing hygienist. She is so patient & kind with our little one. She makes the visits easy & her excellent customer service is appreciated. The front desk staff are also very nice & welcoming. We have had great experiences here at coolidge court dental!
