Smileworks Children's Dentistry and Orthodontics

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had an amazing experience at SmileWorks from booking to checkout! I was able to book an early 7:30 AM appointment for my son, which was incredibly convenient since it didn’t disrupt my work schedule and he wasn’t late for school. We were seen within 5 minutes of checking in, which I really appreciated. The dental hygienist, Maurice, was absolutely amazing, he made my son feel extremely comfortable and at ease the entire visit. I can’t recommend Smile Works enough, especially for your little one’s first visit to the dentist!

My nervous Nelly 9yo has been terrified of even sitting on a dental chair. The hygienists were so sweet and explained all they were doing. She was so brave with their support. My little one (first visit) was comfortable and they all made him feel so brave . Very happy and they had openings next day for our fillings needed with my older child. Dr. Long was wonderful! Thank you smile works !

Love it here. We were actually here in 2022 3 years later and we are back! And to stay my I add. My son is more comfortable here and that’s what I love. He loved the glasses and he got to watch his favorite show on Netflix “Bad Guys” while getting his teeth cleaned

Wow! I am impressed! What a great experience!🎉 I originally went into this dentist office thinking it was a franchise dental office and I was planning on changing my dental insurance at open enrollment to make sure to transition back to my previous pediatric dental provider, but I was beyond impressed from the minute I walked in the door! The team members that checked me in were amazing and super welcoming, the place was decorated beautifully for St. Patty’s day and there was books and a coloring table for kids while they wait. Then our dental hygienist, Natasha brought us to her chair and she was PHENOMENAL with both my kids (6 & 3 yrs old). To top it all off Dr. Long was super welcoming, very friendly, extremely knowledgeable and pointed out some very important points about my kids teeth and strategies/planning to ensure their best teeth health🦷 To top it all off, the kids got their dental goodie bags and a balloon. As kids often do, they let go of the balloon and it flew to the ceiling. The kids were both crying and they were too high for me to retrieve, so I was going to leave it be as a lesson learned…but the young lady behind the front desk said “No tears allowed here” and she got a grabber and retrieved both the balloons for the kids. All I can say is….WOW, what an AWESOME EXPERIENCE all around! We will be staying at this dental office and appreciate you all tons!

SmileWorks is a 10/10, period. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ They are ALWAYS welcoming, always friendly, and always professional. And let me be real—my schedule is unpredictable and all over the place 😂 but somehow they always make it work and find a way to fit my daughter in without stress. That alone deserves a trophy. My daughter genuinely loves everyone there, and so do I. We’ve been coming for a few years now and the experience gets better every single visit. From the doctor to the technicians, and the entire front desk team—scheduling, billing, check-in… everything runs smooth and the energy is always positive. I have zero complaints and honestly can’t think of one thing they need to improve. SmileWorks is the best orthodontic experience we’ve ever had. Highly recommend!
