Smileworks Children's Dentistry and Orthodontics

From the very first appointment to the day Connor walked out officially finished with braces, SmileWorks Orthodontics gave us the BEST customer service and experience I could’ve ever hoped for. Every single person in that office is incredible. The front desk ladies are so welcoming, kind, organized, and genuinely make you feel happy to be there the second you walk in. The assistants and staff were always patient, encouraging, and amazing with Connor throughout the entire process. Not once did we have a bad experience. The orthodontist was absolutely phenomenal. You can tell they truly care about their patients, not just the final result, but the entire experience from start to finish. Everything was always explained clearly, appointments ran smoothly, and Connor always felt comfortable and cared for. And the RESULTS… absolutely unbelievable. Connor walked out with beautiful, healthy, bright white, perfectly straight teeth and the biggest smile on his face. The confidence they gave him is priceless. Watching his transformation over the course of treatment has honestly been amazing. It is rare to find a place where every single employee consistently goes above and beyond, but SmileWorks does exactly that. We are so thankful for every single person there and could not recommend them more. If I could give more than 5 stars, I absolutely would.

The staff was very pleasant especially for our first time there. They were able to see all 3 of my children in the same day and had a great plan in place to make sure our needs were met. Also it was very clean! Overall great people great environment so far!

Everyone here has been wonderful. My son goes to both and they have been more than helpful accommodating his needs and requests. I love how the dentist office has TV's for the patients to watch while getting their teeth worked on. We were at the Orthodontist office for his consultation recently. Not only was I impressed by the technology they use to monitor his teeth, but his doctor and associates were friendly, informative, and happily answered all of our questions. My son is still nervous about getting braces, but I know he's in great hands.

I cannot thank Dr. Smith and Mrs. Kat enough. Those two are truly the best! Mrs. Kat went above and beyond - not only taking amazing care of my baby girl who was in so much pain from a cracked tooth, but also calming my own nerves. She made such a stressful, anxious situation feel so much more manageable. We are beyond grateful for the kindness, compassion, and care they showed us today. ❤️
