I had such a great experience at Carter Callaway Dental Group! The front office team was incredibly friendly, kind, and helpful — they took the time to explain all of my dental benefits and how to make the most of them. The scheduler went above and beyond to find an appointment that worked perfectly with my busy work schedule. My hygienist was super nice, gentle, and very thorough. When I saw Dr. Carter, he clearly explained what needed to be done and in what order, making sure I felt comfortable and informed every step of the way. His assistant and the checkout staff were also fantastic, helping me schedule my follow-ups and explaining what to expect both financially and procedurally. From my very first phone call to checking out after my appointment, I felt completely cared for and confident I was in great hands. I highly recommend Carter Callaway Dental Group to anyone looking for a kind, professional, and trustworthy dental office!

I’ve always been really scared of going to the dentist, but Dr. Carter and his team completely changed that for me. He takes the time to explain everything in a way that makes sense and really helps me feel calm and comfortable. There’s never any pressure from him or anyone in the office, which I really appreciate. I was also super nervous about the cost, but the insurance coordinator was amazing and took care of everything. My insurance ended up covering almost all of it! Everyone at Carter Callaway Dental Group is so kind and professional. They really know what they’re doing. I’m so grateful I found them — highly recommend!

Hannah is the absolute best dental hygienist I have ever had. I used to be so scared of the dentist even as an adult. And ever since Hannah has been assigned to me I have not been scared. She is so friendly and talks to you like a friend and doesn’t make the service feel clinical at all. I HIGHLY recommend an appointment with Hannah. (But don’t steal all her appointment slots because I still want mine!)

Wow! Dr. Callaway is amazing. My son broke 2 of his teeth and she fixed them in 1 hour! Her knowledge and professional skills were put to the test and she performed flawlessly. What a great experience. Thank you Dr. Callaway

I cannot say enough good things about this office. I have incredible dental anxiety and Dr. Calloway and Caitlin (hope I spelled that right) are absolutely amazing and put me at complete ease! They got me in incredibly quickly, listened to every concern and truly went above and beyond. Incredibly thankful for this office!!!
