Mahan Village Dental Care

Very friendly and professional staff. My financial obligations for service was explained to me and not rushed. While waiting for the dental procedure to take place, I requested a blanket and relaxed like being at home. The environment was very peaceful and calm with caring compassionate staff. Upon completion i was given instructions to follow and my prescriptions were called into the pharmacy for me. I truly want to thank everyone. Keep up the great work!

I had not been to the dentist in around 6 years and had negative experiences at every dentist before coming here. Their staff is very friendly and informative for any procedure they do with you. Michi was incredible at easing my anxiety and cleaning the build-up off my teeth, and both her and Dr. Cole were very gentle & quick. I had previously thought that going to the dentist meant physically painful, long appointments where I felt the staff didn’t care about me or if I was in pain. Between my initial appointment, my cleaning, and subsequent fillings at Mahan Village, they were all pain-free and staff made sure that I felt comfortable at each visit. I cannot recommend them enough!

From beginning to end, I have only positive things to say. The front staff- so friendly. the wait- 5 minutes the dental hygienist- the absolute best part. Ask for “Michi”! She is there for your comfort. She explained everything, moved fast, and made the experience so great. It’s a family black owned business (I believe) which I loved and didn’t even know about, especially because it looks like The Publix of dental offices. Dr Scott was very down to earth and friendly. I look a forward to meeting the other Dentist in staff in the future. He took the time to answer any questions I have. I’m so grateful I found Mahan Village Dental.

I’ve been a patient at this office for 3–4 years, and for routine cleanings and general appointments, they’ve been consistently good. Dr. Scott was really good and helpful which is why I stayed. Unfortunately, my experience with Invisalign in 2024 has been the complete opposite. From the start, there was a lack of organization and communication. Staff members seemed unfamiliar with my case, names were mixed up, and there was little urgency in addressing delays. I’ve been stuck in the same Invisalign set since January. After multiple attempts to follow up, I was told I would receive a callback that never came. When I finally spoke with someone in charge, they were apologetic and explained that my next set had been delayed. That conversation happened over a month ago, and I still haven’t received any meaningful update. I was even asked about my availability for a rescheduled appointment, but after providing multiple days that worked for me, I never heard back. This experience has been frustrating and disappointing, especially considering how long I’ve trusted this practice for my dental care. If you’re considering Invisalign here, I would strongly encourage you to explore other options.

I absolutely adore Michi! She is a great staff member, skilled, and overall very comforting. I haven’t been to the dentist for atleast 10 years, and did not take care of my teeth as well as I should have. Not only did the staff make me feel comfortable, but Michi also made me feel supported and not judged. I’m definitely planning on making this office my primary dentist. Had to leave something for how great the experience was! 10/10 would recommend.
