Dr Mansour and his team were amazing! They took the time to answer all my questions, were very informative and thorough. Great customer service from the whole team, great pricing, great experience. Cannot recommend them enough!

I had an old permanent bonded retainer from 12+ years ago that needed to be removed, and Dr. Mansour was able to get me in right away, outline my care options, and provide me with a new plastic retainer quickly. I was a little apprehensive about visiting an orthodontist because of a previous bad experience, but I had nothing to worry about here. Dr. Mansour and the entire staff were warm, welcoming, and genuinely personable. What impressed me most was the complete absence of any sales pressure or unnecessary upselling. Dr. Mansour took the time to explain everything in clear, easy-to-understand language, including what treatment may be needed and why (likely about a year from now). I truly appreciated the honesty, professionalism, and patient-centered approach. I recommend this practice without hesitation.
