Exceptional Dental of St. Petersburg

I’ve been a patient at Exceptional for about 8 years. Always an efficient and friendly practice. I’ve had a moderate amount of repair done with very satisfactory results! This past month I began repair on my “two front teeth”. I had a temporary set that was a great match to my mouth. I have travel for work next week where I do a presentation. Last night my temp came out while eating and broke. I used the online appointment portal, chose emergency and messaged my issue. Within 15 mins the service responded, contacted the Dr and he messaged me to meet at 12:30. It was arranged by 9:30a. I was fixed with a new temporary by 1:20. Huge thanks you and great accommodation!

The staff is polite and friendly. The dentist was great. Very informative and even did my side fillings without having to numb me. I was happy for that. Overall, every time I go here everyone is wonderful. The office is also beautiful!

I was acknowledged and greeted when I walked in. My hygienist greeted me warmly by name and was timely. Grace, the hygienist, was professional, thorough, and gentle. No pain. Dr. Nguyen is always friendly and professional. It was a good experience.

Amazing dental office! The dentist and staff are incredibly friendly, professional, and make you feel comfortable from start to finish. Everything is clearly explained, and you never feel rushed. Hands down one of the best dental experiences I’ve had. Highly recommend!

I have been very impressed with the staff at Exceptional. They truly live up to their name. Doctor DELASSEN Is so professional, kind, and patient. I had so many questions and he did not hesitate to answer any of them. Getting dentures is a big deal and he made it as comfortable as possible.
