Smile Design Fourth Street

This was my first visit at Smile Design Dentistry and I was very impressed! From the with the front office staff (Coyia, Alleiyah and Cierra) to meeting both my hygentist, Carlos. I had to begin with a deep cleaning and it was a great experience! Carlos took his time to ensure it was pain free! I’m anxiously waiting to go back for my next cleaning! A shout out to meeting with Dr. Dietl. He’ll be working on getting me a new crown later this year! I wild highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a new dentist!

Carlos is a great hygienist! That was the best cleaning I have had in years! Dr. Dietl has also done some great work on my family members! 5 stars!!

DO NOT GO HERE! The most incompetent dentist office I’ve ever been to in my life! Every time I go in or try to contact them, there is some issue whether it’s them canceling me last minute, not sending X-rays over to my doctor despite several attempts and reminders on my end, rude staff, the list goes on and on. Every time I call this office, no one picks up and I have to leave multiple voicemails for someone to give me a call back. There are so many other options in St. Pete - definitely choose someone else.

I’ve been trying to get seen for a cleaning since the end of 2025. No appointments for months. Get scheduled for January 2026. I get a phone saying they have to reschedule me. No appointment for months again. I get an appointment confirmation text and I reply to the text as instructed. Even get day of reminders of an appointment. Show up and they act like I’m the one who’s wrong for even questioning that I had an appointment. Reception is unprofessional. Other reviews have stated similar issues. Avoid this place.
