Dr. Tran was amazing during the 2 years I had braces. The staff were very friendly and provided professional service. I had a serious insurance situation and the staff helped me with the situation before my braces came off. I will definitely recommend 100% Baptiste Orthodontic! I am the third family member who had ortho treatment from this office.

I love Baptiste ortho. My son's care and the treatment we always got by everyone is exceptional. My son just got his bracers removed and I am going to miss them so much.

Worst decision I made for my braces. Dr. Tran and Dr. Baptiste ruined my smile completely. When I voiced concerns about my teeth being overly corrected and being pulled forward I was gaslit into believing it was not their doing but instead it was the structure of my jawline and overcrowding of teeth. I was also told that it was just my perception. I received IPR under the impression that if I didn’t I ran the risk of chipping my teeth. I did not need IPR and my perception was not incorrect. They were not willing to take accountability for their mistake which in turn created problems that I never had. Dr. Tran created an open bite and an over bite which is something I’ve never had. When I asked her to correct it she insisted that there was supposed to be a slight over bite, but this was way past slight. I regret going to them, don’t make the same mistake. I am currently being treated by a different orthodontist. My smile and structure of my mouth will never be the same.

Returning to Baptiste Orthodontics for a consult and leaving disappointed. My daughter had an orthodontic treatment done for 2 years and a half with Dr. Baptiste and today I unfortunately feel this way. We came back to the office because my daughter’s teeth moved back in her mouth and another grew on her palate. We were seen by Dr. Giau Tran this time around, who in my opinion was indelicate, rude, and with no intention or energy to fix our problem. She made comments to my daughter so inconsiderate and unhelpful which ended up leaving her in tears. Leaving this review as an alert for parents to please accompany your underage children in their consults, do not wait in the waiting room. The response I received from this clinic as to why a teeth just appeared on my daughter’s palate was that they had let my daughter know the teeth would be coming down and growing there overtime, when she was just 14 years old at the time, still being a minor today. My daughter was never informed of this at all, and neither were me and my husband. In regard to the teeth that moved back? Their answer was to start the orthodontic treatment over, this meaning another 2 and a half years of treatment on our backs. Their answers was to start another treatment, wasting all the money we had spent before, and wanting the exact same amount for a second time around now. I went in for a consult with my daughter seeking a solution and I left disappointed, by the bed side manner, and by the lack of concern for wanting to fix our two problems. This is a warning to parents, guardians, and future patients. When I chose this clinic for my daughter I spoke to Dr. Baptiste and remember that he told me that day that a good orthodontist does not opt for extracting teeth, now we are told we will have to, something that could’ve been done years ago. Very unfortunate situation.

Got my braces on Monday. Simply amazing. Highly recommend!!
