⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ This place is absolutely amazing! Everyone here is attentive, professional, and genuinely caring. From booking the appointment with Nahil, who was very informative and worked around my schedule, to Tianna, who was so patient and friendly with my son during his dental procedure, the entire experience was exceptional. I especially want to thank Dr. Assaf. At one point, I became emotional and started to tear up. He made eye contact with me and reassured me that my son was doing great and that everything was okay. That small gesture meant so much and helped put my mind at ease. I've been coming to this office for the past year, and every visit has been a positive experience. I'm so grateful to my friend for referring me here. The staff always makes me feel welcome, and I truly feel at home.Thank you all for your kindness and outstanding care!

I’ve been bringing my daughter to Magic Dental for about 5 years. The staff are always the kindest people, smiling when you walk in. Super helpful and always give the parents detailed information. My daughter never complains about the dentist, she says they are gentle and make it an easy experience every time! Definitely recommend!

I coparent with my daughter and she had an appointment this weekend, but she’ll be at her dad’s thankfully NIHAL was a lifesaver and we see able to get her in before summer break BUT while she’s at home and not on her dads time, I know that there’s a lot of different opinions about this Dentist office, but this has been the one dentist office that has always been here for My children and have been able to keep their dental hygiene perfect, I don’t think a lot of people understand that it’s not sanitary to go back with your children and the office is very small but my son and daughter have had nothing but amazing experiences everytime for the last 5 years, thank you magic dental! And thank you so much NIHAL!!!

Our experience at this dental office was extremely disappointing. My son was in significant pain and needed a crown placed on his tooth. However, the dentist refused to proceed with the procedure because he was crying and instead directed us to go to the hospital. When my wife took him to the hospital, the staff there were confused as to why a dental issue had been referred to them. The hospital ultimately contacted the dental office and were told that the reason for the referral was simply because our son was in pain and upset during the visit. Additionally, my wife asked if she could accompany our son to the treatment room to help calm him, but she was told that it was against office policy for parents to be present in the back. This was especially frustrating since there was only a single treatment room and no other patients present. Overall, the lack of compassion, communication, and willingness to help a child in pain made this a very upsetting experience. Considering that this practice specializes in treating children, the level of care and understanding we encountered was extremely disappointing. I would not recommend this office to other families.

The WORST experience with the front desk every time I visit but I ignore it. Today I called to inform them I’d be 15 minutes late. The woman yelled “you can’t be more than 10 minutes late” in my ear. I politely told her she was yelling to which she denied. She asked if I could come at 10:30. I told her I couldn’t. And asked if my appt was being cancelled. She told me no but I could not come at 8:30. After a back and forth explaining how I was confused and repeatedly being cut off she hung up on me. After a few minutes I called to see the availability for the rest of the week and didn’t get an answer. I called 5 times so I believe she was screening my calls. The lack of professionalism was actually baffling.
