Central Florida Orthodontic Specialists (Melbourne)

Had an initial consultation this morning. Didn’t feel like any of my questions got answered. Was just told I needed braces for year because bonded retainer popped and was told they don’t do them. This has happened several times before and was never told id need braces again for a year, just minor correction. Also, asked several questions after about Invisalign that felt brushed off. No bedside manners. Won’t be returning.

Extremely frustrating experience. I felt completely shut out and ignored when trying to make another appointment, and my calls were no longer being answered. As someone with a speech disability, the way I was spoken to on the phone felt dismissive and disrespectful. I was also told they only take out-of-state patients, which was incredibly discouraging as a Florida resident seeking help. Overall, I did not feel supported or respected, and I would not recommend this place EVER!!!

I have been taking my daughter to Central Florida Orthodontics for almost 2 years now and I couldn’t recommend a better place to go for braces. The doctor and the staff are all amazing. Lately we have been working with Helene the most for our admin stuff and she is fantastic. Always has a smile and goes above and beyond. I will miss her and everyone else when the braces come off. Thanks for making this a great experience!

I cannot recommend Central Florida Orthodontics enough! My family drives all the way from Port St Lucie for our appointments, and it is absolutely worth the hour-long drive. My son recently got his braces here, and the team has been phenomenal with him. The front office staff, Cindy and Roberta, are incredibly welcoming and friendly, always addressing us by our first names. It truly feels like a family atmosphere. Not only is the customer service top-notch, but the pricing is fair as well. With no down payment and affordable monthly prices, Central Florida Orthodontics stood out among the other locations we considered. I am so impressed with my son's treatment that I have decided to get braces for myself as well. I am looking forward to embarking on this journey with them. I love this place! I’ve been with Central Florida Orthodontic Specialists since I was 17 and they’ve taken excellent care of me. Everyone that works there is very welcoming and friendly, especially Cindy and Roberta. They’re the first faces you’ll see when walking in and they make each visit at the office a very pleasant experience. The both of them are definitely great role models for customer service, I would definitely recommend this place to my siblings if and when they may need braces.
