The office staff were very polite & professional, after they checked me in, my wait was very short. Monica the dental hygienist was very polite & professional also. She explained what she was going to be doing during my cleaning. She deep cleaned my teeth & gums & I felt very little discomfort during the procedure. She kept checking with me to make sure I was ok & I told her I was fine. It was the best experience I’ve had at the dentist in a very long time. After she was done she chatted & joked around with me. I would definitely recommend Bright Now Dental of Melbourne for anyone looking for a new dentist office to go to.

Most office employees are nice but some don't know what they are doing. One employee will tell you something then the next will tell you something completely different. Beware. They care more about your bank account than they do you. They fool you about how much your insurance company WILL PAY only to insist you pay more than you were told. This place has an "assembly line" of dentists. You don't see the same dentist twice.

Our first visit was very positive. The staff did s great job identifying s care plan for my wife and me, including issues our previous dentist did not identify. We feel very good about continuing with Bright Now!

So hit or miss at this place. We've been coming here for dental and orthodontics and never have a problem with any of the providers. Some days you get seen quickly and other times you wait for hours. They double book so appointment times are basically not honored. Lots of turnover, sometimes great staff and service, sometimes not.

The best service I have ever received at a clinic—the professionals were attentive and careful. I don't speak the local language, but even so, they were always extremely helpful in explaining each procedure to me, using a combination of translation and Spanish. I have nothing but gratitude; my tooth turned out perfectly, and I am very happy. I recommend them without hesitation.
