Coast Dental

I had the best experience at this dentists office. Julio was exceptionally helpful and very good at his job. He took his time to explain any questions I had and he did in such a good and simple words so I can understand the whole process. Julio cleaned my teeth so good I will definitely keep coming to this office.

The worst dental office ever. I ended up with cheap ventures. The office manager change my treatment plan to suite her adjenda. She would make appointments for me for no reason just to look good to corporate. Don't not go here ....it's a dental nightmare ...$$$$$ They don't give a hoot about their patients . In the course of trying to get my dentures all of the Drs quit and the only one was the crooked office manager. BEWARE!!!!

We have really enjoyed the dental team at Coast. They are very sweet and patient with my son, complete great work quickly, and have great availability which is rare in this area.

My disabled mother switched to coast dental recently (the ulmerton location) and let me tell you this place has the worst bedside manner and they're completely unorganized and no one seems to ever know what's going on. My mother was having some teeth work done and also getting fitted for a partial. While doing her dental work they numbed her and went and screwed around and had to numb my mother again therefore poking and prodding her double the amount needed. They said her partial would be ready by February 10th but called her a week before that saying they didn't know if it was for one or two teeth and that she needed to come back in. I brought her back in and they were baffled as to why she was even there and sent us on our way..even though they made an appointment for her to go back in. February 12th rolls around and we've heard nothing about her partial being ready so I contacted the office myself and the woman who I spoke to was miserable and rude as can be. No one called to notify my mother that her teeth came in. My mother made an appointment to pick her teeth up on February 13th for 9:30 and we have documentation and the receptionist called us at 9:00 asking my mother and the nastiest tone if she was running late when we were on time. They make appointments and don't even know when they made them for. This dental office is a joke You walk in the door and don't get greeted. My mother will not be going back due to their crap service.

The visit ran long because they had a new software installed just 2 days prior, but the tech was thourough taking xrays&Dr Micah was kind knowledgeable&had a good bedside manner.
