Dr. Berry was recommended by my dentist and I am so happy with my orthodontic experience under her care. I wasn't sure about how successful my treatment would be due to my mature age but I am thrilled at the results. She listened to my concerns and with her skill and experience helped me achieve the smile I wanted.

Had my last appointment today, never had to wait, staff always have smiles on their faces. Service is absolutely amazing, I have recommended Dr Berry to several friends. Thank you, I can now smile with confidence.

Dr Berry and her staff are wonderful! My hygienist recommended Dr Berry and I’m so glad that she did. They provide efficient after school appointments for our daughter all within the timeline and budget outlined in the very first visit. We’ll take our son here for his braces as well. I’d highly recommend them!

This office is a nightmare to deal with relating to customer service. Ian Mann is useless, Taylor in billing doesn’t understand how insurance works and the refuses to do her job. After 10 months they’re finally able to issue a small refund check that’s I’ve stopped in 4 times to pick up. The front office is a complete disaster which is led by poor management and the reason they’re so awful. Not to mention doing orthopedic procedures that absolutely were not necessary for children under 12. I’d highly recommend getting a 2nd option after seeing these folks as we’re finally free after being trapped for the past 3 years at this office - what a nightmare it’s been overall.

Dr. Ruth Berry and the staff did a fantastic job with my child’s braces. We were told a year and a half of wearing the braces and it was exactly that time frame. Anytime I had a question, they had the answer. I would recommend coming here to Mann Orthodntics!
