Bright Now! Dental & Orthodontics - Largo, FL

I really have to thank them for taking me because I screwed up on the day. They are very pleasant people.

I am writing this as I have had a few large problems, not with Dr. Park, as she is a great dentist, definitely all business, but, with the quality of the builders of the dentures, and just as important, one of the billing receptionists. I had new dentures done in 2025, and they took 5 times sending them back and the last time I just took them and should not have done so as they looked hideous, but due to my current plan at the time, I had to get back on my main plan or loose benefits, so I excepted their poor quality dentures. I have since went back to get a reline because I had to marry two different dentures together as the top of the ones from Bright now were horrible in the sense that they stuck way down farther than I asked for and the flesh colored plastic was built up so much that they fell down without a gallon of poli-grip. The bottoms were from the same dentures and were fine. I used a top denture from another set I got a year previous and matched them with the bottoms from Bright now. They looked great but they rocked a bit. So, I came in for a reline and Dr. Park said it would not be a good idea as the couldn't do it and should grind the teeth but if it didn't work , they couldn't be repaired. Made sense. So, I got ready to leave. By the way, as I was sitting there waiting for the doctor, they took my insurance information and gave it to Sue, the billing receptionist and she called my insurance company. As I was leaving , she tells me I have a $50.00 co-pay, which I immediately tell her I do not. Now this is a lot of money for 5 minutes of what turned out to be a consultation, not to mention, the insurance co. would also pay them additional monies. I told her again, and she went , i guess, to talk to Dr. Park, and came back saying it was an exam and I did in fact owe the $50 bucks co-pay. I told her she must be mistaken again, and she said she wasn't, and they would be in touch with me for payment within 30 days. A lot of money for 5 minutes worth of nothing. I left and immediately called my insurance company and they said I " DID NOT" have a co-pay, as I stated to her and they told me to call them back and get a procedural code. I called and got Sue again, and she gave me the code, and basically said she was right. I called the insurance back , and gave the code to them , and the told me I was right and there was no co-pay for the visit. They also told me that they told Sue this when she called to check on my insurance statis. Very puzzling to me. I called her back to tell her this information and she just brushed it off and was very quick to hang up. No apology, no admitting she was wrong, just click. As a result of all this, I will be getting a new dentist that listens and does what the patient asks , as Dr. Park did, and perhaps has a much better denture co building the dentures than the one Bright now uses as they are terrible. Also, I will be hoping to have better billing service from the receptionists with my new dentist, as Sue was very arrogant and unable to admit she was wrong, even when it was obvious she was. Poor quality billing and very poor public relationship from her. Santina, is very much better at the job then Sue . I enjoyed her. Sue is all about the cash and the fact she is never wrong , even when she is. I won't miss her. Just felt people should know that Bright now is for the dollar a lot more that you might think. I do like Dr. Park though, to be honest. She tried but the builder and time failed the situation......................

What an amazing office! Dr Park is wonderful!! Sue is the best and Santina is awesome!! Everyone in the office is wonderful!!

I went with my brother to his appointment and the staff asked me if I wanted to see what they could do for me. I’m hoping that the new dentures will be better than before

First time here oh ...so friendly and caring. My Doctor (women) was awesome and fixed a tooth that I have been flosing alot. She said I had a small cavity. Fixed it and feels so much better. I just went in for a cleaning. The front desk staff is so accommodating. Thank you...see u in May for 6 month check up. P S they took my insurance 👍
