My visit was awesome! They did everything they could to make me feel welcomed and comfortable from registration to check out. The communication was excellent, and the staff were so friendly! Special shout out to Corianna my dental hygienist. I admitted to her that it had been almost 2 years since my last dental visit and instead of scolding me, she responded “We’re just glad you’re here now”. She was very patient and very professional with the X-rays and the cleaning - Explaining every single step along the way. I will refer all of my family and friends. Thanks again!

The experience with the dental staff and Drs. was great. I was so excited to start my dental health journey with this office until a huge billing issue appeared I can't get past. Seems to be a trend with them as many reviews list. I was told Saturday that they took my dental savings plan. The young lady said she just had to find the right code and did. I had to return a few days later as I was still having pain and was told I needed to have a comprehensive exam and X-rays for $60. I understood their point and it was fine. The young man at the front desk said they had my savings plan on file and there was nothing else to check. Not once did he say anything about self-pay or that they didn't take my savings plan. So why, when I went to schedule a very expensive gingivitis cleaning and ask why there was no discount applied, did they say ," we don't take your savings plan." You told me on Saturday you did and did not mention it at the beginning of this appointment after having all my information but now suddenly you want me to pay out of pocket for this ultra expensive cleaning? Why did your employee on Saturday have a way to take my plan but not you? I want to continue my dental care with this office, but i need this billing matter cleared up. Also, I was promised a call back to speak about this mix up i never received. Please don't leave your number at the end of this review to call as you're supposed to be calling me to resolve it as promised on the phone. The dental staff is excellent and such a vibe. i hope this can be resolved so I can continue my care with them and will adjust my review accordingly.

4 years in Jax and I’ve been looking for a great dentist. Well, I finally found her in Dr. Habibi and her team. I love the transparency and the energy they brought when I first arrived. Dr. Habibi, Ms. Nikki, and Ms. Rose are all gems, from my initial interactions with them to getting work done they are an all star team. So meticulous and precise with their work. I know with me in their care, I WILL regain the smile I once had. Thank you ladies!!!

WOW, what a fantastic experience! From the front office staff to the hygienist and Dr. Elaheh Habibi, everyone was incredibly professional and welcoming. The facility is impressive and equipped with all the latest technology, which made me feel very comfortable throughout my appointment.
