WOW, what a fantastic experience! From the front office staff to the hygienist and Dr. Elaheh Habibi, everyone was incredibly professional and welcoming. The facility is impressive and equipped with all the latest technology, which made me feel very comfortable throughout my appointment. Having moved around a lot, I can confidently say this is my top dentist experience to date. Thanks again, team!

I went in there, thinking that I wouldn’t be able to pay to pull out my tooth and they come up with something and make me qualify in able to pull my tooth. I wanted to say thank you for a wonderful work for the first time I went to a dentist and I did not feel any pain whatsoever. My face is not swollen. Everything went smooth and very nice. They were very professional. Very nice people. I love my dentist doctor. He was amazing. Amazing.

Every experience I had working with all 3 dentists at Shore Haven was great. I worked the most with Dr. Odukomaiya, who went out of her way to call me personally to check up on the aftermath of my root canal, and expressed genuine empathy to learn it had to be retreated due to a missed canal. This is a standard dentistry so they're not technically fully equipped to do root canals, but I personally believe that Dr. Odukomaiya, did her very best with the tools she had. Dr. Gonzalez and Dr. Nguyen helped with my crown fitting for two teeth and were extremely nice and considerate, especially with the amount of pain I was in before the root canal was done. The front desk staff were nice as well, and were very kind when speaking to me about my grievances. Even with these good praises, I would not recommended anyone go here purely because of the experiences I had working with the admin section of the office, as well as my experience during my routine cleanings. I was heavily pressed to get Invisalign during my cleanings, to the point that I had to be very blunt to the lady doing my cleaning that my teeth are not crooked or my overbite so drastic that it warranted being asked roughly a dozen times during 2 appointments why I had not done it yet. When I explained that $4000 to $5000 was not something I was going to pay for a purely cosmetic procedure in my case, the lady began asking if my mother or some other family member could help me pay, as I had to call my parents to help me pay for a $1400 procedure the week before. I understand while that comment may have been some moment of problem solving they teach in sales classes, I found it incredibly rude. I understand the dentistry gets incentives and volume-base discounts with manufacturers like Align Technology for Invisalign, but I've had less pushy sales experiences at car dealerships than I had during my appointments. This would not be nearly as bad if the cleaner also didn't happen to miss what my current dentistry described as "severe gingivitis" and a open sinus tract from a failing root canal on a different tooth not done by this dentistry. When attempting to voice this compliant to the manager of the location, I was ignored and told I would be "called back" 3 separate times before I stopped calling for updates.The only conclusion I would come to is that my cleaner was too busy selling me on a different unrelated treatment to the point that they missed something my current dentistry described as "blatant." All of this, combined with a general vibe during my appointments that the dentists were overworked, the rooms were not completely stocked with the tools the dentists needed, and new people were constantly being trained, I wouldn't recommended going here if you're someone who has regular teeth problems.

Everything about this office felt shiesty the minute I walked in. I received confirmation the day before my appointment that they were in network for my insurance coverage, but when I arrived they had a quote prepared for over $400. I was again told that insurance covered the comprehensive exam and cleaning and that I would need to pay for flouride and cancer screening separately. When I got to the dental tech, I explained that I already had a mouth full of ceramic crowns and just needed a cleaning. At this point, when I had already been there for 20 minutes, I was informed that even though I specifically booked a new patient exam and cleaning appointment, that they would only be doing xrays and a consulation with the dentist and would have to come back at a later date for the cleaning. The assistant then took me for a panoramic xray and proceeded to try to sell me other services. It was at this point, I decided to cut my appointment short since I was not going to get the services I scheduled for and I didn't want them trying to bill for anything extra. (I suspect they still will after reading the other reviews) I do not recommend this office at all.

Beautiful office space and atmosphere, very clean very nice staff. Dr. WYN, Rose, Nataly, and Jose the Hygienist were all great! I would recommend this dental office to anyone who wants a good experience.They are very knowledgeable and thorough; I highly recommended them and they are open on Saturdays!
