I had an excellent experience at Joy Orthodontics. The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional from start to finish. They made the entire visit smooth and comfortable, taking time to explain everything clearly and ensure I felt at ease. The office atmosphere is positive and well-organized, and you can tell they truly care about their patients. Highly recommend!

Yesterday I went to the clinic for a follow-up appointment. I was seen by a Black woman, but when she was removing the wires from my upper jaw braces, the clips on my front teeth weren't fully released. Forcibly removing the wires caused my teeth to become loose, and I'm experiencing excruciating pain. I hope you can be more professional and attentive in your work. I don't want someone unfamiliar with the procedures to experiment on my teeth. Thank you for your understanding.

Joy Orthodontics was absolutely amazing! We had a little situation with my daughter. She was visiting FL for mission work. And ended up staying and moving to another location. Her wire broke and since she wasn’t coming home she needed it fixed. Joy ortho took care of her . Replacing the wire and bands . So thankful! Many blessings to you all!

Amazing office, Doctors, and Staff. Explains everything to my son and I every step of the way. Everyone is so friends and joyful. The front desk girls are sweet and try their best to work with my schedule.

Wonderful experience, the young lady and Dr were very knowledgeable, gentle, and so nice .. even the receptionists were a breath of fresh air! So welcoming!! Great job 👏
