I genuinely cannot say enough amazing things about this orthodontic team. They always listen to my concerns, take the time to hear what I have to say, and truly care about making sure I’m happy with my smile. I take my smile very seriously, and this experience has honestly changed my life. I’m so proud of the progress I’ve made and incredibly grateful that this team has been such an important part of my journey. Usually my visits are great, however today I had to REQUEST my wires to be changed after two months of having them in.! I always have my wires changed but the lady I seen today told me she could just wipe them clean!!! I was blown away being that i always brush when I go for an adjustment and get new wires and colors. I asked if she was new and she told me she’s been doing this for 20yrs!!! I didn’t see what the issue was being that my insurance is charged faithfully for these visits..I was disgusted.. besides that I love my pink power chains!
