I am so grateful to have found Dr. Sappington and her team. As an adult, I have never received any orthodontic treatment before. Even though I was going into it in the dark, I decided that I wanted to begin the process of brightening my smile. Scheduling the first appointment couldn’t have been any easier, and I was able to meet with Dr. Sappington very soon after I requested the appointment. During my consultation, I was blown away by how thorough Dr. Sappington was with the explanation of her recommendations as well as the process of receiving treatment. It was quite clear that Dr. Sappington knows her stuff inside and out, and I knew that I was going to be in great hands. From there, I was able to schedule my appointment to begin treatment. If there was only one word I could use to describe Dr. Sappington and her team, that word would be efficient. It is obvious that Dr. Sappington treats her staff extremely well and it’s clear that the team works so well together. Of course, though I am sure it would be obvious without being said, Dr. Sappington is extremely kind and welcoming! I appreciate the fact that she truly tries to get to know and become a warm smile for each of her patients. These folks are super nice and very knowledgeable! They always treat my daughter with care and kindness, and they have been really accommodating with scheduling. They make a potentially difficult experience of braces not so bad! 😊
