We loved our first experience at Progressive Orthodontics. Emi at the front desk was extremely welcoming and friendly. We were greeted with great enthusiasm and hospitality. The waiting area had the most charming coffee bar. Meredith was so personable and kind as well. She explained everything in detail an made the process smooth and understandable. We never felt rushed or pressured. Dr. Ingrid was the cherry on top. She walked through my son’s care plan and explained everything in great detail. We definitely made the right decision by coming here.

Progressive Orthodontics staff is amazing and the office is always clean and inviting. All of the employees that we have encountered so far are very nice and caring. My daughter had been in for an evaluation in November and the whole process for her Invisalign was laid out. They took the time to explain everything to both of us and made the payment process so smooth. Meredith was so great at making sure my kid was comfortable and included her in the process!

Progressive Orthodontics should be the industry standard. They are amazing. From the moment they answer the phone, you immediately know that these are true professionals who sincerely care about their patients. We have been to the Lake City as well as the Gainesville office and both are equally amazing!!!

This is the best place ever. Our previous orthodontist retired, and we found ourselves in an emergency situation. I called and spoke with Meredith, and she immediately jumped into action. Within minutes, they made everything better, calmed everyone down, and put a smile back on my daughter’s face almost instantly.
