Have had two cleanings & am very happy with everyone. They are very kind, friendly and helpful. The office is very clean & I have not had to wait very long either time.

I had a great experience here on my first visit today. I felt heard and look forward to having future appointments here. The office space is lovely and well-thought out, the overall vibe made me feel really calm. The last dental office I tried felt very chaotic and fast-paced.

I'm giving this five-star review and I haven't even had treatment yet. My five stars at this time is strictly based on the amazing customer service and how I was treated at their office. From Megan, who I talked to over the phone to set up my appointment, to Kristin, who took my x-rays and talked to me about possible treatment plans and what my next steps were, I was treated respectfully, my questions were answered, and I'm looking forward to having my smile brought back to life.

I can only speak for my experience with Dr. Potter, but I do not recommend. Unless you enjoy condescending tone, dismissal, and unnecessary procedures, do not come to see this provider. She filled a cavity in a tooth that was not causing any problems whatsoever, did a horrific job, resulting in pain and chipping of my own tooth. When I came back to tell about the issues I was having with the filling, she tried to gaslight me that it was my TMJ, causing pain when it was clearly the janky filling. She then attempted to drill down the oversized filling that was causing pain without any numbing, which sent electric like pain through the tooth. She then told me that it was impossible that I was feeling that kind of pain. She told me that I would need to come back to be numbed, but did not make the appointment. Then, when I returned for my cleaning six months later, she had seemingly forgotten about this entire experience And again tried to drill my cavity without any numbing medication. When I told her I did not want to do any more drilling, she then condescendingly dismissed me, repeatedly calling me darling or sweet pea, in a passive aggressive tone, saying that I needed to come back to be rescheduled to receive numbing medication. Yet this is the second time that we’ve had this conversation. There was no accountability for the oversized, clumsy filling that she did on a tooth that was not causing me any discomfort or symptoms. There is no empathy or understanding for the amount of pain that I was having. There was no remorse whatsoever for the fact that the oversized feeling caused me to chip my own tooth. As someone in the healthcare field myself, it is difficult to write such a harsh review for a medical provider. But I’ve had one too many unpleasant experiences that this is not a one time thing, this is clearly a pattern of dismissal, passive aggression, and gaslighting. I’ll be finding a new dentist. UPDATE: Tioga left a comment saying they take concerns seriously, however no one has called me from management…

I love going to Tioga dental - it is a clean, modern, and upscale office located conveniently by restaurants, coffee shops, and other clinical offices. Dr. Norris and Dr. Brush are excellent, competent providers, who happen to be very personable. Front desk receptionist Meg and check out receptionist Nicole are always smiling and handling patient interaction with patience. Dr Brush’s long-time dental assistant, Ashley, is thorough and really knows her trade. The cherry on top of my visits are dental hygienist Marquis. He is very skilled, gentle, and inviting. I had never had a male hygienist before Marquis, but when he greets you for your cleaning, he quickly dispels any hesitation that might be had about having a male hygienist. Hygienists and assistants are the heart and soul of a practice, and Marquis represents all the good things that a practice would want to - hard work, friendliness, and clinical knowledge. Will be returning!
