Tioga Dental & Orthodontics at Tioga Town Center

I had been in pain for approximately 6 days, stemmed from previous dental procedures on teeth that had a previous root canal and replaced crowns. Pain began Friday night so went to my dentist and was referred to an Endodentist in Gainesville FLon Wednesday afternoon. The cat scan's easily determined /diagnosed the culprit. Dr, Bernstein immediately referred me to Haile Dentist Dr Craighead and had his staff call to see if he could see me immediately for this #2 tooth extraction. They worked me in between patients at end of day and the whole dental office wired expeditiously to get this done. The initial assistant promptly got me started on paperwork, with friendly and courteous service. Then Kristin came out and made sure I knew they did not accept my dental insurance and wanted to be upfront to allow me the choice of saving time and perhaps extra paperwork. I chose to proceed. Morgan and Kristin got me back in room promptly, prepared me for surgical procedures, explaining every step of deadening pain, which erased any anxiety. Once Dr Craighead came I'm, it was less than 5 minutes. I didn't even know they were finished. Praise the Lord! It was a piece of cake. I am so thankful for God for leading me to professionals that cared about their patient's health and comfort and considers their patient's overall well being. The staff and Dr. insured that I had all the antibiotics, steroids, pain meds , mouthwash, instructions, called RX's into pharmacy, scheduled follow up appointment and all with "A SMILE ". As a 30 year cancer survivor, a previous business owner, an excellent customer service provider, I would highly recommend the office of Dr, Craighead, in Gainesville FL. We absolutely love Tioga Kids Dental. The office itself is very nice, and every staff member we’ve encountered has been kind, helpful, and welcoming. They have games in every area, which really helps keep kids entertained, stimulated, and able to burn off some energy before and during appointments. Our dentist, Dr. Anna, is everything I could have asked for and more. She is amazing with our child — she truly listens to her, talks with her, jokes with her, and makes sure she feels comfortable the entire time. The focus is always on my child’s comfort and emotional ease, which means so much as a parent. She allows breaks when needed, never makes the appointment feel rushed, and never makes my child feel like she’s “difficult” just to get the job done. Her patience is truly admirable and sets the standard for pediatric dental care. I would recommend Tioga Kids Dental and Dr. Anna without hesitation. Amazing experience all around!

Tioga Dental was fabulous! I’ve put off taking my kids to the dentist for years because I always hear horror stories about pediatric dentists. I finally scheduled with Tioga, and I’m so glad I did! The receptionist was so welcoming, the hygienist was incredibly kid-friendly, and the doctor was amazing. My kids actually want to go back tomorrow! Thank you to the entire staff for creating such a positive, kid-centered experience.

Dr. Van Moss and Jes were wonderful! They made me feel very welcome/comfortable, explained everything in detail and answered all my questions. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience! If you need their services, I highly recommend calling them!

When my dentist retired it took me awhile to find a new dentist that I could trust because I was looking for a dentist that was knowledgeable, confident, and relaxed when speaking to me about the procedures and how they would prevent future visits by explaining better daily hygiene techniques at home when I brush my teeth. Also, the Tioga dental & Orthodontics off has the latest and greatest dental equipment that makes me comfortable knowing that the work they're performing is top notch, not only by their knowledge but with the dental equipment onsite.
