Excellent place! I came in for my check-up and had a great experience. The entire staff was very friendly and welcoming. The person who prepared everything before I saw the doctor was extremely patient and spoke Spanish(Perú), which made the experience even more comfortable. The doctor was also very thorough and took the time to explain everything in detail. I felt very well taken care of. Highly recommend!

I had my new patient consultation with Dr. Johnson and she was so personable, kind, and welcoming. For my treatment, Dinach was incredibly attentive and understanding about my anxiety. She was patient, reassuring, and really helped me through the experience. The front office manager/treatment coordinator was also amazing-so pretty, sweet, and welcoming. Talking with her felt like catching up with a friend over coffee, which made the whole visit feel so comfortable and personal. Overall, such a caring and professional team!

I had a consultation and cleaning today at Premier Smile Center. My hygienist, Dinach was absolutely wonderful! She was kind, professional, and incredibly thorough throughout my cleaning. She made me feel comfortable from the moment I sat down and took the time to explain everything clearly. Her attention to detail and gentle approach made the entire experience pleasant and stress-free. It’s obvious that she truly cares about her patients and takes pride in providing excellent care. My teeth have never felt cleaner! I highly recommend Dinach to anyone looking for an exceptional dental hygienist.

I visited Premier Dentist Smile today expecting a routine dental cleaning and consultation. Instead, I was taken through X-rays, examinations, and treatment planning, which I was not expecting when I booked the appointment. I understand that a dentist needs to be honest and straightforward about a patient’s dental health, and I appreciate being given information about what may need to be done. However, my experience with the owner was unfortunately very disappointing. Just as I was about to pay, the owner stepped in and spoke to me directly. I found her approach to be very blunt and disrespectful. She told me that because I am young, I should consider going back to my country to have everything done. I understand being straightforward with a patient, but there is a respectful and professional way to communicate this kind of information. What made the situation even more uncomfortable was that this conversation happened openly and publicly, with other people around and looking at me. I feel that something so personal regarding my dental health could and should have been discussed with me privately, rather than in front of other people. I left feeling embarrassed and uncomfortable, when I should have felt like a respected patient. What made the experience more disappointing was that the other staff members I interacted with were lovely and gave me a completely different impression of the practice. They were kind, welcoming, and professional, which made my interaction with the owner even more surprising. I believe patients deserve to feel respected, comfortable, and heard, especially when discussing something as personal as their health. Being honest and straightforward does not have to mean being disrespectful, and sensitive information should be handled privately and professionally. Unfortunately, based on my experience with the owner today, I would not personally return. I hope this feedback is taken constructively, because the rest of the staff were genuinely pleasant and professional.

I m glad to come to Premier Smile Center. They gave me hope and confidence that I'll get the right treatment done. Meliana and DR Kimra took their time explaining to me the diagnostics, the different options that are available to me, Timeline that this will take place.... They also went above and beyond to get me an emergency time and date for the procedures. Coordinating with everybody that's involved. Appreciate their efforts and the very thankful. I'd recommend this doctor's office to anybody that takes pride and has integrity in their teeth okay
