I loved my experience. Dr. Jake took great care of me and was very honest it’s not easy to find doctors who truly care about your well-being instead of just taking your money. Carmen was amazing too, so gentle and patient with me. The office is very clean and well put together. Thank you both! I look forward to coming back.

My daughter and I moved here from out of state and she’s needing to transfer care since she currently has braces. I looked on Google and came across this place so I schedule her a consult based on the reviews. When we got there the team wasn’t aware she already had braces, but I informed the person who scheduled the consult that she does and we need to transfer care. When I got back to the room with her, the doc, and the assistant to talk about costs and treatment it was very unpleasant and uncomfortable in my opinion. Dr. Jake Mann didn’t introduce himself to myself or my daughter, which made her not want to deal with him and my daughter is 16 so she’s very aware. He wasn’t welcoming just seemed money hungry and that he wanted to hurry up and leave (as we were the last appointment of the day). He told us she’d need 2 more years of treatment which we already knew due to the fact her previous doctor quoted treatment for 3 years and she’s had her braces on for a little over a year. I already had a feeling they would have to change the wires because they probably don’t have experience with the ones she currently has which her previous doctor gave us a heads up on before moving here. But, the fact that this place is incredibly expensive and then you get a non welcoming doctor is not okay. Dr. Jake was rushing like he had somewhere else to be when going over the treatment and after he was done didn’t say bye, have a nice day, or anything. I was quoted 2 years of treatment at a higher price than what I was quoted for 3 years of treatment in Washington State when we first started. I pretty much would have been paying over $8000 out of pocket for 2 years of treatment, mind you I’ve already paid $2400. My daughter said she didn’t like the doctor’s energy and wants to look for somewhere else. As we were walking out the door we saw Dr. Jake rushing out to get in his car smh. I provided this feedback to the assistant while we were still there going over the treatment and also provided this feedback when they text me a week later asking to schedule, but I’m not surprised that no one has apologized or anything for how he made not just me but mostly importantly my daughter who would have possibly been a patient feel..

Everyone in the office is so nice and amazing. They give you lots of information to help you before and after procedures. They were very gentle with my son and I couldn't have picked a better orthodontist to go to.

The facility is always clean, nice staff and always takes the extra step to ensure the patient is comfortable. My young daughter has looked forward to going because of their point system! They can earn a gift card through various options. Dental cleaning, good grades. Etc. The doctor is professional and helpful.
