I had such a wonderful experience at Smiles by Dr. Josh! From the moment I walked in, the hospitality was amazing. Dr. Josh and his wife were incredibly kind and attentive, and they made me feel comfortable and cared for the entire time. The office is absolutely beautiful, spotless, and very professional, and it even smells amazing. I loved all the thoughtful little touches, like changing into cozy slippers, the calming music, and the relaxing scents throughout the office. Being able to choose your own music was such a nice touch too! Everything about the visit felt peaceful, comfortable, and luxurious. I honestly never thought I would describe going to the dentist as a luxury experience, but they truly make it feel that way. Dr. Josh is wonderful, and I left feeling so happy with my experience. I would absolutely recommend Smiles by Dr. Josh!

My wife had a strong toothache and went there. USD 800 and an X-ray later, still no solution. Well, upon our return to Belgium, it took 2 minutes to a dentist here to find she had a fractured tooth. By just examining the teeth instead of relying on an X-ray.

Dr Josh essentially saved our family vacation. We are on a special holiday from England visiting NYC, FL, and Mexico. However, after cracking a rear molar (due to a lack of preventative care on my part), the prospect of visiting Mexico with potential infection, did not fill me with confidence. I therefore called Dr Josh and he had me sitting in his chair within 90 minutes. His personal care, his understanding that my situation was a stressful one, and his genius move to distract his patients by playing whatever music they like as he works, meant I was all fixed up and ready to carry on the vacation. He bonded the tooth and gave me advice on what I need when I get back to England. If he’s ever in the south of England between Bristol and London, he better give me a call as I owe him a beer!
