Complete lack of assuming responsibility when wires placed behind teeth at end of orthodontia broke. Claimed the treatment was no longer used, though every adult I know who has had full treatment has been fitted with wires. I paid for 24 mo. full orthodontia, told I was needed that by Freeman, his Periodontal team mate as well as another orthodontist. 24 months. I was dismissed in 18 months, no rebate, and my teeth were not ready. When the top back wire broke. Dr. Freeman was "not available" and the desk girls are not qualified to make case decisions. I was given an option to buy a new set of retainers for another fortune. I chose Freeman through a Periodontist because I believed he was a scientist and cared about challenges, but I was fooled by the show. Spent less time with the man of science than with very young girls who did all the work. Plus, it is a weird set-up- one male doctor and a full crew of adoring cute young girls in the office.

I didn’t know where to start when beginning my orthodontic journey, but everything changed when my nephew recommended Dr. Freeman Orthodontics. From the very first visit, I felt completely comfortable and confident in their care. The team is warm, welcoming, and genuinely attentive—they always listened to my concerns and provided thoughtful recommendations. This experience truly gave me a new sense of confidence, and I’m so grateful for the care I received. I will continue to recommend them to anyone looking for orthodontic treatment. I’ll definitely miss seeing the team every month!

Dr. Freeman and his staff are absolutely amazing! They answered all of my son’s questions and made sure he was comfortable the whole time so he wasn’t scared at all getting his braces. I can’t wait to see how they turn out! I highly recommend going to see him if you or your kiddo are in need of braces.
