Dream Smile Center: Dr. Jeff Bartlett & Dr. Isabel Castillo

My experience was great. Today was my first time. Everyone was so nice, warm n inviting. Professional yet funny, just great people. Felt like I knew Everyone for years. I enjoyed the fact that on my first visit they took exams, pictures, n did a full check up and I was able to get a cleaning all in the same day. Other places I experienced having to come back for cleaning on another day. It was Great!! I loved my first visit with Dream Smile Center. Thank yall so much!😀😀

I had a great experience during my visit today. The entire staff was very welcoming, professional, and made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. I would especially like to recognize Dr. Castillo for her outstanding care. She was very attentive, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. You can truly tell she is passionate about her work and cares about her patients. I highly recommend this dental office to anyone looking for excellent service and a friendly environment.

I am terrified of the dentist. I moved here six years ago, but have been traveling back to my old hometown because I was afraid to try someone new here. At a recommendation of more than one friend, I made an appt with the Dream Smile Center. Everyone from booking the appt, to getting there and meeting all the staff and doctors could not have been more kind, comforting and, for lack of a better word, there for me. The entire space is calming and cozy, the seats have massagers and screens, and the smiling staff worked fast to put me at ease. I’m so glad I don’t have to fly home anymore for the dentist. I will now be recommending them to everyone I know.

I think I’ve been a patient with Dr. Bartlett for over 20 years now, and I can truly say that the entire staff is just awesome! The reception, my dental hygienist, and both Doctors are pros at what they do, and I actually feel good after each visit. I use to hate going to the dentist prior to finding Dream Smile Center, now I actually kind of like it. If you’re not a fan of going to the Dentist I would give them a try. Everyone is really nice, and they have a nice decor in the reception area if you happen to be waiting.

First time here and the staff was very warm and welcoming. Sylvia was my hygienist and she was absolutely amazing and very friendly. Dr. Castillo was wonderful. She took the time to explain things in details to me and I never felt rushed. I definitely recommend them.
