Main Street Orthodontics

When we first went here three years ago it was a pleasant experience. My son was not ready for braces so we had to come back once a year to see if he was ready. We finally were told that he is able to get his braces and were told that we would get a call back the next day after our appointment to finalize the cost after they verified with our insurance. This was almost three weeks ago. My husband and I have called multiple times and each time it’s “Desire is with a patient and will call you back “ except she does not. It’s a shame that we have wasted three years going to this office only to have to take our business elsewhere due to the lack of competence of the office staff.

Take your business somewhere else. These people only care about $$$. My child completed treatment earlier than expected. These people refused to continue her treatment because their ignorance didn't allow them to inform the insurance so that the insurance could pay off the remainder balance. I had fulfilled my contract responsibility as I paid my co-pay in full before treatment even started and now they are holding treatment hostage until they get their check from the insurance. Main Street Orthodontics will never see anyone else in my family or friends since i will never recommend due to their great love for money and holding treatment hostage even though they know the insurance was sending them a check a few days after the scheduled appointment. On another note, these people compromised personal information and payment information, in which a transaction for over 1k was attempted by a scammer. Thank you for showing me the lack of professionalism and zero commitment to the patient. My other child will seek treatment somewhere else where my money pays for what I actually get.

I waited two months for an appointment, and one day before they call me to cancel the appointment, I think it is not a very responsible service company. It is as if the only important time is for Main Street, not for the client.

This dental office is great! Very friendly staff. Today our hygienist, Mirtha, took the time to help me figure out my insurance benefits. She is also wonderful with the kids!

I was trying to make an appointment and the secretary was so rude. I could even make the appointment. Great costumer service…
