Gulf Coast Smiles

I am very satisfied with my first visit to Gulf Coast Smiles. I liked Dr. Martinez immediately. And Cheryl, his assistant. Dr. Martinez gave me the impression he cared about my situation and me. The doctor took my history, gave me time to ask questions, and offered a range of options, one of which I had not heard of before. I am impressed he gave me so much of his time. I also appreciate not being passed around among five or more staff on this first visit. This dental office is calm and friendly; the staff is real. Gulf Coast Smiles is the dentistry I was searching for.

Initially I am always skeptical of the dentist. But these past couple visits have been refreshing. Friendly staff. Efficient work without being pushy. I loved it. I would suggest that the emergency call back needs to be a faster response. But beggars can't be choosers. Atleast they have an answering service and I appreciate that.

oh my gosh!!! I’m afraid I can’t adequately express my complete and total relief at finding this dentist! Dr. Martinez and his staff are hands down, absolutely the best in dental care. I have had some horrible experiences over the years that have left me a shaking, terrified mess as soon as I sit down in that chair. Dr. Martinez and his angels treated me with such understanding and empathy I was immediately hopeful that this experience would be different. They worked with me coming up with a plan that eased my fears. Now, having had the work done, I can’t sing their praises enough! Thank you everyone at Gulf Coast Smiles for making this my first good dental experience ever!!

Gave me a quote for a procedure of 0 dollars. I did the procedure. 2 weeks later got a bill for $570.00. Went for a cleaning. Paid by insurance. When I checked out charged me $205.00 For a gum disease procedure and never told me about it. I have a new dentist. I don't have gum disease.

The entire staff were very courteous and professional. They went above and beyond to make sure that I was comfortable and thoroughly explained the whole procedure to include pricing as well. I love Gulf Coast Smiles and would definitely recommend them to my friends & family.
