Thank you so much for carefully listening to my story and providing a thorough exam. I am not stressing about my extensive work plan that needs to be done going forward. I neglected seeing a dentist for 10+ years focusing solely on my duty to see my child through his brain injury. I now look forward to a clean healthy mouth. Thank you to Cassandra Dr. Martinez and especially the financial coordinator who is making it possible. Im looking forward to my next appointment. Many thanks!
The entire staff were very courteous and professional. They went above and beyond to make sure that I was comfortable and thoroughly explained the whole procedure to include pricing as well. I love Gulf Coast Smiles and would definitely recommend them to my friends & family.
oh my gosh!!! I’m afraid I can’t adequately express my complete and total relief at finding this dentist! Dr. Martinez and his staff are hands down, absolutely the best in dental care. I have had some horrible experiences over the years that have left me a shaking, terrified mess as soon as I sit down in that chair. Dr. Martinez and his angels treated me with such understanding and empathy I was immediately hopeful that this experience would be different. They worked with me coming up with a plan that eased my fears. Now, having had the work done, I can’t sing their praises enough! Thank you everyone at Gulf Coast Smiles for making this my first good dental experience ever!!
Dr. Mauricio Martinez is truly a premier dentist for one-stop comprehensive dentistry. My wife and I were in Cape Coral on business, and while having dinner one night I unfortunately cracked a tooth severely ---- one that had already been giving me problems for sometime. The next morning, I called Gulf Coast Smiles, explained the urgency, and they were able to schedule me in within a couple of hours. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and professional. When I was finally seen by Dr. Martinez he advised me that due to the way the tooth had cracked, he would not be able to save it. He explained several treatment options and made it clear that depending on my choice, it could get costly and there would be no guarantees. Then he said something that really stuck with me: "if you were my son, this is what I would have you do." Those words were calming and genuine ---- very professional. I asked him, "doctor Martinez, are you telling me you can do all of this right here, right now?" His response: yes. I thought about it for a little while and agreed to the procedure. He put together a very reasonable plan and performed the surgery. He is an amazing dentist who did a fantastic job. I cannot say enough good things about him ---- knowledgeable, friendly, caring and simply an outstanding professional. This may sound a bit funny, but it was honestly the best dental experience I've ever had, even compared to years of dental work back home.
$20,000 for worst decision and experience I've had in my life. I had crowns before 3 broke off because of another dentist trying to do a route canal but couldn't, but those teeth lasted for over 30 years with no problems and looked 100 times better than these implants I got. To start off should have caught on right the bat, when my wife said when she picked me up, I was still out of it, had ne facing the wall in a wheelchair with blood still running out of my mouth. Came back next day to get my temporary teeth, told them I thought they set to far back and to small. Came back next time to get next set of temporary teeth, told them same thing again. Something they also found that they did wrong they didn't fit the implants with my bottom dentures, so I had to pay to have my dentures redone. Came back to get my dentures back, ok but wrong color. Came back for my last set of temporary teeth, complained of same problems they see nothing wrong. Come back for pernment teeth complained of same problem, nothing happen Came back for cleaning, l complained about chip on back tooth which I've only had a couple months, still nothing wrong with implants. Another dentist stated about the chip was like buying a car things are going to go wrong like tires. I only had them a couple months.Came back for cleaning, told them implants still hurt, took x-ray said nothing wrong. set up a appt for removing teeth to check implants girl at counter told me it was going to cost $30.00. Came back told me it was going to cost $300.00, we argued they said I still money in my account that would cover it.(Why did they try to charge me in the first place if I had money on my account). They took my teeth out, hygienist checked my implants said there was a little bit of skin over hanging that was causing the problem, dentist looked at them said same thing it would take care of it's self. As of this date everything is still the same, implants hurt, hard time brushing teeth hurts bad. I'm going to a place that does nothing but implants to have them check the implants that hurt. If there's a problem, I will be going to Florida Dental Association. Also if there's something wrong with them I would like to get at least half my money back. Waiting to hear from you. Your sales representative lied, she told me that you keep a set of teeth there just incase something happens to my pernment teeth. I called and ask if I could get those teeth because I may be moving back to Kentucky, she told clerk told me you'll don't do that. I'm not moving until I get this resolved
