So far, I've had a wonderful experience at this office. The staff is always friendly, welcoming, and professional, and the office is consistently clean and well-maintained. The doctor takes the time to explain everything thoroughly, which I truly appreciate. Since February, I've seen an incredible improvement in my daughter's teeth—they look beautiful. I'm very happy with the care we've received and highly recommend this office!

went in for my consultation today and loved it!!! staff from start to finish was very friendly and personable. explained every process/step thoroughly! office is nicely organized and decorated. music is catchy and helped keep my nerves calm while waiting. i decided to move forward with my treatment! i trust dr. nancy will be able to get me the results i’m looking for! so excited to begin the journey of traditional braces again 😬🩷🩷🤗

The staff is truly a delight to work and friendly. However, Linda the office manager is truly odd/ weird, never speaks to patients even to say hello, all she does is stare and makes the patients feel very uncomfortable. Personally, I feel that is very unprofessional from a patient stand point, but besides that I love everyone else. My favorite overall is Cierra!!!!

Wilmington Orthodontic Center is a great place to go for all your braces and oral needs! They have been very awesome with my son throughout the years! They have always explained everything especially me being a parent to a child with braces for the first time! They also have great employees that are friendly! They always care for my son and always answered every question i had!
