i seen a lady there today i cannot remember her name but she was very thorough, she didn’t come across demeaning & was also very educational i had a consult and im very excited to begin my orthodontic journey with them. Also the tech who took my scans was also amazing

I recently brought my 9-year-old daughter to Wilmington Orthodontic Center for an evaluation with Dr. Nancy Pancko, and we couldn’t have been more pleased with the experience. From the moment we walked in, the office had a vibrant, welcoming energy. It was busy in the best way—full of staff and patients, which made it clear this is a well-trusted and thriving practice. What struck me immediately was the kindness of another patient in the waiting area who noticed we were new and went out of her way to say, “Dr. Pancko is fantastic—I’ve been coming here for years, and now so do my kids.” We were instantly reassured. The office itself is modern, clean, and clearly equipped with high-tech tools and instruments. The staff was incredibly friendly and made my daughter feel completely at ease. Dr. Pancko was warm, approachable, and thorough. She explained the treatment plan clearly and took time to answer all of our questions. We also met with Linda at checkout to review the financial details, and that part of the process was handled just as professionally. Overall, we left feeling confident, informed, and grateful. I would highly recommend Dr. Pancko and her team to any parent looking for top-notch orthodontic care in Wilmington.

what you should know before receiving care here. *they don't care about your health only if you can pay them *is trained to push people into full price plans once insurance stops coverage *knows that once they get you started your locked in so they leverage guilt and pressure they have predatory and manipulative business tactics. but that's late stage capitalism for you. they think everyone is stupid unfortunately. they could at least make it less obvious though. they prioritize money over care. they don't care about your health or well being only if you are able to pay. Will insist you stop medically necessary treatment if you cannot pay even though you would still have to pay regardless because you now have medical debt. medical debt doesn't just go away if you ignore it. but again they are predatory and believe most people are dumb. They reply but do not address any of the points I made. Dental health is your health and they disregard it and prioritize pay. Business or not. that is poor customer service. and bad business you can't manipulate people AND bully them and expect them just take it.

I lovee it here .. they are so nice and friendly .. they have a sense of humor ... The doc is the bomb .. cierra is the top bar .. she is funny and listens ... And she down to earth
