I have no insurance and had visited SEVERAL, orthodontist. I finally settled with wilmington orthodontist. I came for my appt ready to pay with my card and was told the discount was for cash only. I was told that they mentioned that to me which I totally dont remember due to the many places I visited. And after 2 months of waiting it definitely slipped my mind. I asked if I can go to the bank and was told no because my appt is now. I asked if I could do partial on credit card and was told no because the discount wouldn't apply to credit. I asked if I can call my husband to bring cash, I was told no because the appt is now. I was asked if I reschedule and was told no I could never come back. I was truly looking forward to my journey towards a brand new smile and the would not compromise. I do not recommend this establishment. I would highly recommend GNO. They did a wonderful job on my friend's teeth

I must agree with one of the reviews. The staff is awful... They don’t know how to talk to kids and I was just told that I would have to leave my child with them and wait in the car. Are you kidding me.. Then after I said we are leaving the staff started asking him COVID 19 ??? And then wanted him to sign the form. Hello He is a minor... However Dr. Nancy Pancko is wonderful...

My children love the staff at Dr. Panko’s Office, as well as their straight teeth! Everyone - from the front desk staff, to the hygienists, to Dr. Pancko - is friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely engaging. We highly recommend Dr. Pancko’s office to everyone who wants straighter teeth!

Worst front desk staff and doctor. Pls dont waste your time and money there. They can leave you in the middle of everything. They dont even deserve one star. I have never seen such rude staff. Dont know how they work with kids because they dont have basic manners/ tone.

The staff here is amazing and friendly. Very clean and very modern. Dr Pancko is very knowledgeable and explains things very thorough. Highly recommend.
