Dr Natalia Menjivar and her staff are the best! Everyone is so friendly and helpful. The office is very nice and cheerful. There are also drinks and coffee to enjoy while we wait. Both of my sons got their braces at West Hartford Orthodontics. I highly recommend Dr Natalia Menjivar and her team if someone is looking for an orthodontist.

My daughter is extremely anxious about going to the dentist, so her anxiety from our first visit to the orthodontist was even higher. We had also just had a pretty significant year of family medical procedures , which made everyone more heightened in terms of anxiety. Her treatment plan included a pallet expander and top braces and her discomfort leading up to the placement was severe. The impression visit was pretty traumatic for her, however the staff stayed calm and patient, providing emotional support and making her feel safe and cared for. The pallet expander placement was also pretty difficult in terms of anxiety, however again the staff went above and beyond, utilizing her strengths and making sure she felt safe and understood each step along the way. By the time her braces were put on she was going into the office smiling and no longer losing sleep from her apprehension. She developed a rapport with the staff and even when not working with her directly they would stop in where she was having her appointment to say hello. On the day her expander and braces were removed she wanted to make sure they knew how much she appreciated them said she picked out some cards and candy to show them. Even at her young age she was able to see the genuine care the staff had for her and felt very grateful to not be made to feel bad about her level of discomfort. They all shared in the celebration and she now knows that even though she will likely need more braces in the future, Dr. M and staff will take excellent care of her.

Myself and my daughter got our orthodontics treatment, nothing but amazing experience from start to finish. Very flexible with giving appointments due to my busy schedule. Both Avon and west Hartford office staff is amazing. Shout out to Beth to be patient with us. Thanks much

The entire staff is so pleasant and caring and made the early intervention process easy for my 7 year old daughter, she loves going to her appointments! After six months of seeing another orthodontist in town, I switched both of my boys to Dr. Menjivar and it was by far the best decision I could have made for their teeth. She and her staff are extremely knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. One of my sons has already had his braces removed after switching over 6 months ago.
