I was really hoping to have Dr. Dana handle both my daughter’s extractions and braces, but the lack of communication has been very disappointing. After months of delay between her dentist and Dr. Dana’s office — with neither starting the process — the dentist was waiting on Dr. Dana’s recommendation about which teeth to pull. Dr. Dana told me that even after a consultation and discussion of a treatment plan, my daughter was not considered a patient until I paid $85 out of pocket for additional images not covered by insurance. We did that, and Dr. Dana advised us to cancel our existing appointment with our dentist and instead see Dr. Nguyen, an oral surgeon. She told her staff to send the images to Dr. Nguyen’s office, but when I called to schedule, they said they never received them. It’s now been three weeks of me calling and despite several messages left with Dr. Dana’s office, no one has returned my calls or sent the images. The office once again has put the process to a halt. I wanted to trust this office with my daughter’s braces, but this level of miscommunication and lack of follow-up is concerning.

I was recommended years ago as a teenager and had a great experience, and after only a year and a half, I got my braces off right before senior year and was in love with my smile. I only came back over a decade later after losing my retainers. I decided to get them back on again, the process was quick, easy, and affordable and again I’m in love with my results. Now my younger sister goes here as well and will be getting them off soon! They have great service, very professional and friendly, overall I would 100% recommend them to anyone looking for an orthodontist!!

She was very nice. My teeth looked better after a while. It’s a process that takes time but I saw results very soon!
