Rosenberg Orthodontics

The customer service from them is great, but treatment plan is horrible. I got braces from them 10+ years ago as a a teen and I am an adult having to get braces for the second time because they put braces on me to early. I had braces for a few years with them. My parents simply wasted their money getting me braces just for me to have to get them again. Before getting your child braces I'd get a second and third opinion before waisting thousands of dollars.

Didn't have a great experience with my oldest, although her teeth came out beautifully, so went back again anyway for my younger child. Nothing's changed - it feels like a factory and they always seem like they have more patients than they can adequately handle. We're not done with treatment but am going to another office with more of a personalized approach.

10/10 definitely recommend! I love Dr Rosenberg. He helped me close a huge gap I had and I love my new smile. I always recommend him when people ask who did my braces. When my son gets older and if he needs braces and Dr Rosenberg is not retired, I’m definitely taking him to see him because he’s the best.

Great experience (for having braces). My son recently completed his treatment and we are very pleased with the results. Over the course of the three years of appointments, the doctors and staff were absolutely wonderful. Always friendly and professional. Dr. Rosenberg himself would see my son's progress. It was great. The experience was pricey, but I'm glad we did it - both for the beautiful smile my son now has and the wonderful experience we had at Rosenberg Orthodontics. At one point, they did have some obnoxious lady at the front desk who made a snarky comment about a payment issue I had (my HSA deposit hadn't posted) but I haven't seen her for a year so she may no longer be an employee. Other than that, the professional and courteous service was consistent. Thank you to Dr. Rosenberg, Dr. Edwards and all the staff (thank you, Krista)!!! Keep up the great work! Your direct efforts improve the lives of many :)

My oldest son completed his orthodontics at Rosenberg Orthodontics and my younger son is currently still in treatment. We have been very happy with the staff as well as the doctor's at the office. We were given options every step of the way and felt a part of the team. We also felt as if we got very individual care for both of our sons. Both kids look forward to going, which is quite a different experience than going to their regular dentist. We have recommended Dr. Rosenberg to all of our friends and they have all been very happy with the offices.
