I’ve been in braces for about 11 months now, and I can honestly say my experience with Heidi (hygienist) and Dr. Cos has been wonderful from start to finish. Throughout the entire process, the staff has been attentive to my needs, responsive in between visits, and intentional about educating me along the way—which I truly appreciate. As I’m nearing the end of my braces journey, I feel confident recommending Dr. Cos and his entire team without hesitation. Everyone is incredibly welcoming, the atmosphere is calming, and they make each visit feel easy and comfortable. And honestly… the movies and the office music are a chef’s kiss touch. 😂 If you’re looking for an orthodontic office that combines professionalism, care, and a genuinely pleasant environment, this is the place.

I’m an adult who had to get braces due to nighttime grinding damage, and my primary dentist recommended Greater Hartford Orthodontics. I’ll admit I was a little hesitant at first (of getting braces, not the business), but the experience has been great. The team has been really friendly, professional, attentive and very upfront about everything. They explain things clearly and make the whole process feel easy and comfortable. Really glad I went with them and would definitely recommend them to other adults considering treatment.

With times like today’s good customer service isn’t always given but from day one this place has been friendly and great. Unfortunately my daughters insurance didn’t cover her braces and I had the option to search around to see pricing but the second I called office the first time the male on the phone was very helpful and explained everything and got us in quickly. They followed up with me many times before I made the decision to continue and pay without pressuring and everything time I go in for apt they always acknowledge you and smile. Dr cos as well takes the time to explain what’s next and the reasoning something is needed to be done. Thanks you guys for everything you guys do.

They took the time to explain my treatment options in detail, answered all my questions patiently, and made sure I was comfortable at every step. The clinic was well-organized, and the staff was friendly. I feel confident moving forward with my treatment.

Dr. Coss and his staff are all great, I am a parent of three children and would recommend them to anyone. My third child is getting his treatment at the moment and I can say with confidence that when I visited the first time about 10 years ago and now nothing has changed. Everyone is very helpful and friendly willing to make it as smooth as possible.
