Pollack Orthodontics

At first I thought this was a great and friendly place and the dentist was so honest . The workers are not professional and have no customer service experience . Two months ago, I took my daughter here for imaging to send to the insurance company . They told us it takes a while to hear back . I messaged them and they claimed they haven’t heard back and they’ll let us know when they hear back from the insurance . I decided to call the dental insurance company , because it’s been two months already and they said they never received anything ! They also mentioned it takes two weeks max ! When I reached back out to the office, they act so casual about it and say maybe they didn’t get it and they’ll resend it . If I didn’t follow up with the insurance, we wouldn’t have heard anything !! That’s just crazy to me . No apology, for wasting two months and seriously dropping the ball .

I only look forward to going to the orthodontist because of how much fun I have talking to Dr pollack and the rest of the staff, they make me feel like family and always greet there patients with warm smiles. I truly cannot recommend Dr. Pollack enough, he is so kind and extremely honest and trustworthy.

My son called me as soon as he left the office with dad and said Building mommy that was such an amazing experience. The people were so nice and they gave me a water bottle. My son is 8

This place is amazing and super friendly. I love the way they may sure I understood what my daughters treatments would be and I also love the nice gift I got on our first visit that was really sweet of them, especially since they gave one to each of us. No wait time either appointment was real quick to get us in the room and to see the doctor. I really recommend. Staff and Dr. Pollack are great people

The orthodontist himself Dr. Pollack called me with everything that would take place at my appointment. When I arrived, the office was nice and clean. I believe Marcy is the staff member who helped me and she was awesome. I wish I would have called them first instead of trying to use the Bloomfield orthodontist who might I add were very rude.
